Each program lasts 10 minutes and has a different level of difficulty. The first program has an even level of intensity. The second program is slightly more intense, with less intense periods in between. Program three has alternating periods as well, and it's my personal favorite. It also depends on whether you're using it to support your arms, knees, or back, as well as whether you're sitting or standing. All you have to do now is figure out which one is best for you.

You only burn about 50 calories in ten minutes, but I've noticed that it really helps loosen the muscles and reduce lactic acidosis after a workout. And it definitely aids in the movement of various muscle groups; it's well worth the money; I love mine and use it on a daily basis.

I began my research by comparing prices and determining which features were most important (oscillating vs. non-oscillating). handle/rails vs. handles/rails, higher wattage, dual motors, Bluetooth portable, with a variety of speeds, and so on). I decided that for my purposes, I needed a side-to-side motion and that it needed to be more portable, which meant no handles or rails, as I thought the rail system on my brother's was flimsy at best and made it difficult to move around and store as needed. I was hesitant to purchase this model because it had fewer reviews than the others I was considering, and it was also about half the price of the others I was considering, but I am extremely pleased with it! The number of speeds it offered was ultimately what drew me in. Most similar portable models have 100 or fewer speeds, but this one went up to 180, which is comparable to many of the more expensive models. I was ecstatic when I finally got it. br>br> It doesn't have as much wattage as some others, but it felt very similar to the more expensive ones I'd tried. It's tough and heavy, but not so much that I can't move it easily. It's extremely durable and comes with suction cups (which actually work!). If you're using it on a hard surface, put a () on the bottom to keep it from moving around. Even when I'm doing more difficult movements like lunges, exercising on this thing doesn't feel like exercise at all. I'm a tall woman, and despite the fact that I'm still young (early 30s), I have terrible knees that pop and click all the time due to previous sports injuries and other factors. Lunges have never been an option for me to incorporate into my workout because they hurt my knees and cause them to pop violently. This machine, on the other hand, allows for easy muscle and ligament transitioning, and I can do a lot of things on it at a speed of 70 that I wouldn't be able to do otherwise, such as lunges, faster up and down movements, and so on, with little to no popping or clicking. It is my hope that I will be able to increase my range of motion and strength in previously neglected areas of my body in a gentle but effective manner. br>br>I also have a slew of health problems, including several autoimmune diseases that cause a lot of swelling and inflammation. I've only had it for a few days, but my ankles seem to be less swollen. I'm having trouble with lymphatic drainage, so I'm hoping this will help with that as well as a gentle detox. For the time being, I'm going slow because my body reacts badly to detoxing, so I'm keeping it to 10 minutes or less per day, and if I'm feeling particularly icky on a given day, I skip it or do only a few minutes. br>br>The only reason I gave this vibrating platform four stars rather than five is because the resistance bands are extremely dangerous. Resistance bands can be attached to metal loops soldered into the machine's sides. The loops themselves appear to be adequate, though the metal is a little thinner than I'd prefer, and it comes with resistance bands, but the carabineer clip appears to be flimsy. Because the resistance bands are a bonus item on a system that doesn't cost a lot of money, I wasn't expecting them to be of particularly high quality, but because of the clip, I was hesitant to connect them. Well, it turns out that the clip wasn't even the weakest link in the chain, at least in my case, because after only 4 minutes on the machine, one of the elastic bands completely frayed through and snapped, hard enough to leave a mark on my wall. Fortunately, it missed my eyes and landed on the wall. I wasn't even pulling it that tight because, again, I'm tall and worried about pulling it too taut, so I only lifted up on the bands when I was in a low squatting position with my hands only about 3 1/2' from the ground at the highest. Perhaps I got faulty bands, but they were a huge safety hazard and it might be better to just get rid of them altogether. In the future, I plan on purchasing some rubber resistance bands and simply wearing them on my feet while using this. I'll make sure to get large enough bands so that I can safely use them without pulling them too hard. Apart from the resistance bands, the machine has so far performed admirably! It's quiet, and I can already see its potential! I'll try to post more once I've had more time with it and have seen some results.
This product was extremely helpful in alleviating the pain in the back of my knee.
In his sessions, his physical therapist uses one to help with his sensory issues, as well as to strengthen his core and vocal extremities. I discovered it was actually a piece of exercise equipment while reading the instructions. After that, I went to YouTube and found a workout video, and I've been in heaven ever since. Its effects on the body are nothing short of miraculous! It's far superior to a full-body massage. It feels great in your body, especially if you follow the 32-minute YouTube exercise video. After two weeks, after three weeks, after three weeks, after three weeks, after three weeks I've lost 5 pounds and several inches off my waist in four weeks, and I'm going to order another one. This machine is fantastic, and I highly recommend it; it does exactly what it claims to do.
The remote, in my opinion, is extremely important. I was unable to obtain one.
It performs admirably and is completely silent. After a month, there have been no mechanical problems. br> I did use this machine for a month, 15 minutes per day, as directed. So far, no muscle toning, weight loss, or pain relief have been observed. br>I haven't had any negative experiences yet, but I'm excited to see what 6 months of use will bring. br>Here's where I'll keep you updated on the trip.
After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. I'm afraid I'll have to send it back. The off- Coming out of the box, there was a lot of gassing. The resistance bands were dangerous to use, according to other reviewers, because the clips were made of cheap plastic that easily broke. I couldn't even get it to vibrate softly when I first used it. The second, third, and fourth times I TRYED to use it, it was at full throttle and visibly shaking, and I couldn't adjust it; just don't bother.
There are a few things that could be improved upon. Likes: The machine works well and is content not to have to pay as much as some of the other machines on the market. Bluetooth is also included. You can feel it all over your body, just like the different programs. My father's blood flow has improved. My autistic son has lost weight and is thrilled with the results. br>Dislike: You can't pause and save data, and there's no way to see how well you did. The bands are flimsy and should be much more durable. Leaning to one side causes the object to flip. Keep an eye on things.
Omg! This machine is fantastic!! Listen! When I get a new piece of gear, I usually do so. I'm easily bored and discouraged because I have pain whenever I move due to my weight and Lymphedema (limb swelling). I've been using it for a little over a month. My knees are starting to feel a little better, which is encouraging. I've also noticed that my skin isn't as saggy (getting tighter) as it was before I lost weight. I haven't even started planking yet, and my ab area is tightening as well. This machine makes me want to use it over and over again. I would recommend investing in better resistance bands (the ones that came with this product were a disappointment). (They shattered) So I got some regular bands until I can find some better quality ones that will fit on the plate. The bluetooth speaker is adequate (though it could be louder). I wish it was also longer.
