motion that oscillates A fantastic item.
Why does working out make my body itch? br>Every muscle in your body functions as a miniature heart, pumping blood around your body. When blood tries to flow through the skin, it is slowed down by these small blockages, causing blood to pool in the skin. The sensation of "back pressure" is similar to that of itchy skin. Your skin will turn bright red as a result of the bite.

I'm more confident in my walk now, and I'm not as shaky as I used to be. I honestly had no idea what to expect, but as I previously stated, after six 10-minute sessions, I had a pretty good idea. I didn't think I'd walk normally again, so I'm grateful for this little machine. One reviewer said she tried the more expensive model first, then the less expensive model, and she couldn't tell the difference. I decided to go with the less expensive model and am so glad I did! Another reviewer claimed that using a similar WBV machine, she went from 325 pounds to 152 pounds in a year. I'm no longer able to jump around in the gym, so the WBV machine is a viable option for me. It's very quiet, and the programs can be completed in as little as 10 minutes twice a day. Who among us is incapable of accomplishing this? JOY! The delivery was prompt, and the setup was simple.
If you get a good one, these machines are fantastic. Mine had started to have problems recently and was wobbling and felt unstable. The missing screws in the attached photo were hanging out/falling out of the base as I gently lowered it to the ground. I can't put them back in because they're all stripped, and since this is pre-production, I can't put them back in. You can't even open it to see what's wrong on the inside because it's completely assembled. br>br>I've contacted the seller several times and sent photos, including the one above. They claim that the screws that fell out from beneath the base (which, again, came pre-installed) were the cause of the problem. It was caused by tugging on them, and it is not a manufacturer defect. br>br>It defies logic to suggest that we could be tugging on screws beneath the machine. This is a copy/paste of the last email I received from the seller: "Thank you for your patience. " br>br>"I appreciate your patience. " My technician took a look at the photo and pulled out a unit. It appears that the screws were yanked in some way, causing them to fall out. Unfortunately, this is not considered a manufacturer's defect; however, we can sell the base separately for $80. Because it is an open boxed item, it may have minor flaws such as cracks or gouges. "br>br>WOW. We apologize once again. "br>br>.
The vibration exercise platform arrived quickly and took less than 45 minutes to assemble using the tools provided. (a set of allen wrenches) We were able to immediately begin exercising after plugging it into an outlet. We are very pleased, and my wife is the one who requires this platform due to her MS and lack of mobility; however, we are hopeful that it will improve her circulation and bone density. After we've had the platform for a few months, we'll provide an update. So far, we've been pleased.
By all accounts, the Zaaz is a superior machine: build quality, vibration intensity, vibration setting variability, preset range, appearance, and floor footprint all favor the Zaaz. But, all things considered, for the price, this machine performs admirably. I'm 6'2" and 180 pounds (for reference only), and this fits me perfectly from the hips down. It's what I've been using for the past 20 years or so. I stretch or watch a video with my son for 30 minutes every day. I'm experiencing less knee and hip pain, and my chronic calf cramping is less severe. To cut a long story short, get the Zaaz if you really want to delve into the world of whole body vibration, especially if you plan on using it for paying clients. However, if you're looking for something to use on a regular basis, the Axis is the way to go. It's well worth the $215 asking price right now.
I've only had it for two days as of this writing, but it appears to be a great little machine for the money so far. It comes in a big, heavy box - br>br> approximately 5 ft. x 3 ft. x 1 ft. If you don't think you'll be able to handle it on your own, enlist some assistance in dragging it into the house. Everything was in good working order, and most of the hardware (nuts, bolts, and washers) were already installed. Even so, I assembled it in 45 minutes while my husband excused himself to go for a walk. . . : D Installation tools are included, and the instructions, while not the best I've ever seen, should suffice for the majority of people. It was sturdy and solid once it was put together and all the nuts were tightened. On the bottom, there are small wheels that allow you to easily tilt and move it. If you're tall, the height of the handles may be a disappointment (which, according to what I've read, is a common complaint among vibration machines), but they're perfect for my 5'4" frame. br>br>There are three pre-existing pre-existing pre-existing pre-existing pre-existing pre-existing pre Cycles that are pre-programmed, as well as a program that calculates your BMI. Alternatively, you can simply climb aboard, turn it on, and set the speed to whatever you desire. It's relatively quiet even at high speeds, which is a plus if you want to jiggle while watching TV or listening to music. You'll jiggle, too - Blood rushed to places where it hadn't previously flowed, especially at higher speeds. . . . br>br>While not as feature-rich as more expensive machines, this one gets the job done for a reasonable price. There are no phone or iPod holders, headphone jacks, or a slew of other features you're unlikely to use - All you need to get started is this kit. It's an excellent starter machine, ideal for those who want to experiment with vibration machines without breaking the bank.
Although this machine does not include an exercise chart, watching various vibration plate fitness videos on YouTube will provide you with plenty of ideas. For the price, I am very pleased with this machine; it is an excellent machine for people of all fitness levels. For someone who has just turned 40, has three children, and hasn't exercised in almost five years, it's been critical in helping me regain my energy and get back into shape. If you give this company and machine a chance, I'm confident you will not be disappointed.
