As a result, my foot was slipping out of the pedal position for about two and a half months. I received the straps, but they were of very low quality they are not of the same high-end quality as the other ones I had received before A pair of well-made nylon straps was included with each rower. Finally, here is the 3rd update. Three weeks have gone by and we have not received the straps. The straps that fit the footpads can be extremely difficult to find, so I would highly recommend not buying this. It's pointless to use them if they are broken. Here's the update! Despite my previous assessment, I'm upgrading this review to a four out of five. It was a pleasure to replace these straps with those from Sunny health and fitness. As usual, it was an excellent customer service experience and I was very pleased with the product! A UPDATE 1 Upon 6 months of use, the Velcro foot straps started falling apart. I lowered my rating from 4 to 3 stars. Even though you have to replace critical critical components after only six months, this doesn't render the machine useless, but it's annoying to pay all this money to replace a non-essential As the last picture in this review illustrates, you can see a photo of this product. I have read the original review and am satisfied The only indoor rower which can beat an actual water rower without question is my opinion, if you don't know anything about indoor rowers. You get a smooth stroke from front to back, so there is no jerking or easing up required. Nonetheless, if you are going to buy your first rower, you should learn what magnetic, resistance, and water rowers are. Could this machine handle being beaten by multiple people a day almost every day in a public gym? The chances are probably slim. The downside to that is it is overbuilt for a home gym, so it may not suit a family or personal Having filled the tank was an exceptionally easy process for me. There was even a funnel to put water into and a pump to get water out as well as purification tablets, which was a nice touch. There were two things I saw about Sunny Health and Fitness rowers, including that the foot pedestal was not properly welded on. That they seem extremely sturdy has never been a problem for me. One other issue I noticed on some reviews was The instructions were difficult to read, according to some people. The rower instructions came with an extremely bad set of instructions. I'll pass them along. However, there is not a lot of parts in the game. It would have been easy for me to put this together without instructions. I only needed 15 minutes to do it Then I had to fill up the tank with 10 or 15 more, and I was rowing. What made me give it four out of five stars instead of five? The foot pedestal is extremely oversized and I wear size 10 in this shoe. I can barely get the Velcro (hook and loop) to connect when I strap it ( I didn't have the strap shifted far enough to the inside rail. In this case, there is no issue It has been reported in other reviews that there was a problem with the rower, so I am leaving it in. This is not at all the case! Cracks appeared along the seams of the tank where it had been screwed together. The error would have been easier to spot if I had noticed it before I put Upon checking the tank, I noted that it seemed sound. However, as soon as I began adding water, I started experiencing leaks in the seam seals, saying the factory had tightened the seam screws too tight, causing the plastic to crack. This is not a good buy! For assembly, the assembly instructions that were included with the unit were for a different unit and did not pertain to this particular unit. I find the assembly instructions not that helpful, but I can do it. I assembled it in an hour and took it apart in an hour. The tank should be checked for leaks as part of factory quality control. In general, it is a beautiful unit with a strong construction (I especially liked the way it looked). Due to the cracks, I am hesitant about getting another rower. Nevertheless, I would really like to own this rower in the future. If I reordered it, either it would arrive cracked, or if I left it overnight, I expect that it would leak. You should note It's not so much that the hex heads on the screws are weak as they tend to strip, but that the phillips on the multitool is too small or narrow for the screws themselves. I was impressed by how well packaged it was. Despite the fact that they have never had leaks or cracks, they assured me they did not My belief in it is, however, insufficient.

Do not assemble the tank until it has been checked. I was also given a unit with a cracked water tank upon delivery, as reported in other reviews. Because of the reviews I had read, I knew this was a possibility so as soon as I unboxed the tank I looked at it closely to verify its quality. There are two halves to the water tank, and they are connected on the outside. When assembled it appears they didn't torque the bolts down properly or in the proper order, and so this bolt, the likely first one to be tightened, was overtorqued, causing the tank to break. There appears to be a manufacturing problem rather than a quality issue with the components. Make sure you have a VISUAL inspection when you're inspecting! Knowning that there was a crack, I ran my finger around the perimeter while searching for it. This unfortunately resulted in me cutting my finger open. It is possible to see how sharp the plastic is in the photo where the crack is. I won't be able to play the guitar for a few days, but it's not enough to need stitches. Having a new one on the way, I will update the review once the replacement arrives. In my opinion, the following was my first impression This is *br1. Despite being very heavy, the packaging was very good and all of the parts needed for assembly Observation 2. of the device appeared very sturdy, and aside from the issue with the tank, the rest of the device appeared to be of medium Initial impressions were good enough for me to try a replacement. 1. 2. 3. A good job was done by Amazon in handling the replacement. My house is where it will be picked up because it is such a heavy unit. I expect I will be able to send them both back at the same time if there is a problem with the replacement.

Update I have received a replacement and it will arrive before my broken one is picked up. No replacement arrived and it was reported lost. However, Amazon says that its product has shipped, but it's pushing back the delivery date. Got my money back after giving up for so long.
