I doubt anyone will read this because there are 2000 other reviews on the site, but I felt obligated to write it because I usually trust products with tons of positive feedback. When the damper is set at maximum, there is not a lot of resistance unless you are going as fast as you can. There is very little back exercises on this machine at all.
