I don't understand why anyone would even consider buying a cube unless it is absolutely certain the elements contained within it are safe? Fresh water should be provided each day for your dog. Other than that, nothing is needed. There is a dog in my house and I take care of him.
Ingrid Jean-Pierre I have the Air o Swiss and have just purchased the Ionic Silver Cube to replace the Ionic Silver Stick, since that model has been totally updated. As a general rule, you want to ensure that I can fit it anywhere in the base and keep the water in contact with it. It does not fit into any special slots. You just need to make sure it is not blocking
Since its height is greater than its thickness, I do not think it will fit into any/all humidifier reservoirs. A humidifier needs to have plenty of space between its base and the humidifier.

In the Stadler Form Oskar, this cube is not the "silver" cube, and it is useless in preventing the mildew. It's a scam! Don't fall for it! There is no silver cube in this set that is meant to keep water and wicks from mildewing. There is a cheap carbon "filter" in the humidifier that is utterly useless, since it sits at the bottom of the water storage tank There is no point in having a filter if no water flows through it. This item is useless and you are better off saving the money and not using it rather than spending the money on it. This is the second winter I have used my Stadler Form Oskar without any mildew or mold issues it came with its original "silver" cube that cleans the water. A couple of months ago, I purchased new wicks and this water cube for my humidifier, which I keep next to my bed because it helps me calm down if I have asthma attacks. The mildew smell came back in my nostrils today after I started feeling sick a couple of weeks ago. The wicks on my Stadler Form Oskar were bright pink with mildew when I opened the package. My waste of money on these wicks and the cube that I wasted money on had to be thrown out after I thoroughly disinfected it with a vinegar solution and inserted my spare wicks. I was very happy with this humidifier before an incident like this occurred My health was worse when I used this than when I didn't use To get the original silver water cube I will need to go out and find it The Stadler Form Silver water cube looks the same as this item, but there should be a disclaimer on this item that clearly states that this is not the Stadler Form Silver water cube.
It appears this silver to carbon cube has changed colors. As you can see, they've changed the cube I purchased here from silver to carbon. Therefore, the rest of this review only applies to the silver cube they sold in the past. The old review is available here. As I see it, carbon does NOT prevent mold or bacteria from growing anywhere, as it removes smells from air or water but does not prevent mold or bacteria from growing in either. According to the silver price, Air-Area is in trouble We have the Swiss on the cheap.
The Ionic Silver Cube I requested from Stadler was not delivered because I used Amazon's "Buy again" feature and instead received a "Water Cube" with charcoal in place The new low-cost version with charcoal looks like Stadler has stopped making Silver Cubes and is trying to trick people into believing it is the exact same product. (Or Amazon is cheating. ) IT IS NOT AND IT DOES NOT inhibit mold growth. This is a fantastic program that I have used for years Every winter for nearly 20 years, I have been using a Swiss humidifier Using Air-Dry, it cleaned up quickly with minimal effort I have never had mold build up in the base of Swiss's Ionic Silver Stick. Upon discontinuing the Ionic Silver Stick, I tried Boneco's Hydro Cells (made with charcoal too), but they were of no use. Within a week, pink mold began to grow in the base. My next step in treating myself to the Silver Stick was to use Stadler's Silver Cube which was better than the Hydro Cells, but not quite When a silver stick was used, mold began growing in about 3 weeks but was kept away for two weeks I have been here for three Within 3 days, the slime will become pink. Considering I'm not a chemist, I can only assume it's the silver keeping mold at bay. There is a reason for this Based on what I imagine, it would A product can no longer be made with silver by the manufacturers. In my opinion, it would be more worthwhile to pay more for a product that actually works. (This "Water Cube" at $17 is absurdly Unless you're talking about charcoal, that is not a fair price. It's clear that the bait and switch has taken place.

It is the Ionic Silver Cube that I ordered. It was Water Cube by Stadler Form that I received. According to the label on the package, the water cube uses activated carbon to ensure the water stays In either the package or the cube itself, there is no mention of Ionic Silver. As is evident from the small tube of activated carbon inside the fabric, it's not possible to keep gallons and gallons of water fresh for one year with that amount of carbon. It is very misleading to list this product.
Since I bought my Stadler humidifier years ago, I have been using Stadler Form Ionic Silver Cube. When I went back to my history, I clicked on repurchase. It was odd to see that the title was different but the image showed an "IONIC SILVER" as the Product. When I opened up the cube, it didn't look the same &ndash instead, it had a silver-colored hue to it. The shield is shaped like a cube and consists of carbon, not silver. There are some subtle differences between this product and the Stadler Ionic Silver Cube. If this is what you're looking for, this is the right product for you.
