Please see https//www. nbsp As I mentioned earlier, I was a little hesitant about buying a rowing machine I could not test out. I've tried gym machines that were loud and had poor resistance adjustment. Despite being quite strong, I find the hardest setting to be too challenging to sustain a sustained cardio workout with this machine. The resistance adjusts between so light and so strong, I am pretty strong and I would have trouble allowing myself to use it. It has been setting about 3/4 of the way up for me so far, and I'm happy with it. almost fall off the back of the seat when I use the lighter settings. For the first few rows, you should go slow so you get an overview of how it moves and what the resistance is like. I cannot believe how smooth it is on that seat and I do not want to fly off. •) Pros This is *br1. While the machine is near silent, your breath will be louder than the machine during long workout sessions. The second paragraph. I think it has a wide range of resistance levels, so it is probably just about perfect for the average consumer. 1. 2. 3. I find the seat to be smooth. The cons are This is *br1. To speed up the process, I had to get out a ratchet set in order to speed up assembling with the provided tools. The process of putting it together is a bit clunky with the provided tools, but it does not take much time. Several washers and extra screws were also in the kit, but are not mentioned in the instructions, so I feel paranoid whenever I have these extra parts. I found no performance issues in the review, so there is an attached video that shows the machine in detail. All the attached photos are of the machine, and therefore relevant to the review.

The item arrived before the expected delivery There is everything arranged and labelled for logical assembly following clear instructions on the packaging. Strong materials and a good job of workmanship. I have enough leg room for my 6' 3" frame because the rowing action is smooth. There is plenty of resistance so that a variety of workouts can be accomplished. In summary, this is an outstanding piece of equipment at a reasonable cost.

Thanks to this rower, I am very pleased! It was easy to assemble, instructions were clear, and it came with all the tools it needed. Due to the fact that I live in an upstairs apartment, I was looking for a machine that was very quiet. This was the answer! The interface is intuitive and smooth. It depends on how you pull whether the weight varies. In order to weigh the arrow, I used my draw weight scale since I'm an archer. As a result, I was only able to achieve 25 lbs at setting 1. Approximately 35 lbs are averaged in the middle of the body. When it's set to the highest setting, the weight is typically between 45 and 50 pounds. I came close to 65 lbs, the maximum I was able to achieve. From one notch to the next, it looks like there's a difference of about 1 to 2 lbs.

I did not rate the product on "Sheerness" because I did not understand what that concept meant. With regard to the rower, I've switched from a Concept 2 to a BOSS 165 since the pandemic hit. The name of the machine I used in the gyms (which I never remember) was also a very expensive magnetic rower. Recently, I moved and downsized and my search for a compact rower that fits into my home office has resulted in me finding a rower that will fit in my office because I don't feel comfortable using a public gym at this time. In a perfect world, I would buy the Concept 2 although, if I had the space, the ECHANFIT would have been perfect for me. Moreover, the ECHANFIT is not only more suitable to this space, it is about 1/3 the cost and it has worked well so far. I have had it for about a month and use it about four times a week, for about 45 minutes each time. If you ramp it all the way up, however, you will find it challenging because the pull is smooth, quiet, and easy to adjust. If you are used to setting it all the way down on the Concept 2, this will be a welcome change. *Note that the monitor on the ECHANFIT doesn't work properly, which is why I didn't rate it a 5. A new monitor and monitor wires, along with a video on how to use it, were sent to me by the manufacturer. It was dark enough to see little detail, however, so the video wasn't much use. The instructions also stated that we had to open up the flywheel housing on the rower. In order not to risk enabling the rower's inability to be used, I decided to just use the rower without the monitor. I requested a $20 refund from the company, and they responded that they would do so. My recommendation is to get this rower even if you do not receive one with a working monitor.

In addition to being smooth and quiet, this machine can hold your tablet or other thin device. And it calculates your workout data as well. I am so glad I made this It is so much fun to work out with this.

I'm 6'3 and still get a full row in even though it's an economy rower. I like the simplicity of adjusting the resistance and the operation of the digital display. The price is very reasonable and the product is excellent.
