All helped to some extent (you can't go but up I guess), but the acumobility ultimate back roller provided results that beat all the rest combined! The second day after I received it, I used it after I had returned from the gym and I experienced tingling and an almost vertigo-like sensation. I must say I am not fond of those experiences, but that's the way things are until my misaligned spine starts to straighten Today, at the gym, I was able to stretch better, strengthen better, and have more energy. Due to some severe orthostatic hypotension, it will take quite a while for me to get back to where I was. It's a wonderful opportunity for me.
