This roller is awesome. The foam roller I bought was not really what I wanted, but I bought it when I was a beginner. I am a runner, and I wanted to cut my recovery time in between runs. It's overkill because of its width and its denseness. It is made from a sturdy I cannot use this. Are these meant for people who are much larger? As a result of the surgeries, I developed a variety of muscle imbalances, which left me with extremely tight hips and legs.
