It is difficult for me to move because of my back problem. Every once in a while, I suffer from Periformis Syndrome, which usually takes me to bed rest. To help ease the pain, I've started using small lacrosse balls. I like them, but lacrosse balls are too small and smooth to be effective. This is the first time I've heard one of the Pro's We've been playing with the Tec Orb for the past week and we love Getting into tight spaces is a breeze with this (better than any foam roller I've tried). You can follow the instructions included in the handbook to accomplish the various exercises for relieving most leg and back pains. There is no problem carrying it in your gym bag, messenger bag, suitcase, etc. As well, it is great for travelling! Those who are looking for another tool to relieve muscle strain and pain should HIGHLY consider this product.
A brief version of the story is Customer service was poor. Once the product was used for four days it developed a defect. By the way, I'm a pretty normal guy, 5'11", under 200 pounds, and I don't destroy workout equipment very often. This ball has now been used six times, and by the fourth time it had become As far as I was concerned, things happen, I am sure the company will rectify the situation. This is incorrect. I contacted them, and they assured me that Amazon would take care of the issue, but unfortunately, this item is not returnable (didn't explain When Pro- let me, I was happy We let Tec know, but they never responded to me and I'm grateful to you even if they ignored us. As long as the ball was spherical, I have given it 5 stars, but it lost 4 for being unplayable.
We have gone through PT, massages, chiropractor visits, etc. I am a runner and stretch and foam roll but after seeing a fellow runner post about using something like this, I found a blog that is something similar to this one. As a result, my pelvis and glutes are too awkward for me to use a foam roller to target my back injury results in residual pain in those areas. Nevertheless, we have the Orb. It's such a relief to be done. This product has helped me work out glutes, hips, and hammy muscles every day. It is much less painful now and my range of motion is much improved at my lower back. It no longer feels like my hips are locked. Investing in this project is excellent.
It might just be for arms and legs. While I was rolling my upper back on it, the ball cracked in half.
I'm so happy to have received it. This is amazing! I am so happy to have it! There's been a lot of pain in my shoulder and neck, and I have been receiving physical therapy. So that I can continue to do my exercises at home, I bought this accessory at the recommendation of my physical therapist. For health and fitness purposes, I use a heat pad before starting exercises, and I use this orb up along the neck and shoulder blades afterward. I love how deep this thing gets into your body! That this simple shape can accomplish so much in such a short space of time is amazing and impressive to me. Pebbles on the orb's surface prevent it from slipping, adding to its firmness. I like it because it's like foam rolling for my neck lol A great tool to add to.
Despite the fact that it may be a good fit for others, I believe it to be simply too large and very hard for me. My feet don't feel any relief from the knobs on this shoe, so it doesn't really relieve any pressure. Some people might have found this useful, but I am afraid I was.
My second purchase of this item, since I had one left in a hotel room in Belgium by accident. I like it very much and only wish I could change one thing about it - to make it brighter. A neon-colored neon would be great When packing in what are always dimly lit hotel rooms, it is easier to see it because of its color. All kinds of foam rolling are great with this foam. Hips and calves are particularly important to me when using it.
To get into certain areas of my muscles better than what a foam roller can provide, I needed something other than a foam roller. You did a great job with this! I have carpet throughout most of my house, so the ability to use this in conjunction with carpet was essential! You can reach those target muscles with ease as it's big enough to work for you, yet small enough to fit over a towel! There seems to be some difference with the texture nubs. It's just as easy for me to dig into my back muscles as it is for my legs. knowing how to balance well enough to get your glutes as well! )
