As far as I know, there is none. To start with, I bought a similar roller that was far cheaper, but it was way too hard for my taste. Though it is a bit pricey, this one is amazing.
According to the OPTP website, the OPTP is made out of EVA foam (ethylene vinyl acetate). However, I can't find a clear answer as to whether or not it's latex free. Based on what I know about the seller, I assume no, but I hope he can give you more insight on this point.
Since I purchased the book, instructions are included in it. On her website, which includes videos for free as well as videos you can purchase, you will also find free and also downloadable videos.

Keeping the roller in place on carpet or a yoga mat will ensure that it stays in place. Furthermore, it can be used to support your entire spine vertically while performing any other exercise. This same roller ended up being purchased for my mother as a mother's day gift. She also loves it a lot! It is definitely worth a try! view it as an investment, too. In the end, I wouldn't wanted to spend less money on multiple foam rollers that I might end up donating.
The foam roller is a good firmness without being too hard, although for a newcomer to foam rolling, it may take some time to adjust to it. Due to its long length, storage is also going to be a consideration, but I can say it is one of the best rollers I've ever used!.
There is no doubt in my mind. My husband and I have used this product for months now. It is easy to tell which days I make time for it, and which ones do not. It has a longer length, which gives you the ability to do a move called the snow angel, which stretches the back part of my back I need to work on.
The baby bear on this roller is a roller- In other words, it should not be too hard or too soft. Exactly how it should be! This is a highly recommended product.
It's the first one I've purchased since I've owned a few others. My experience with the Lorox has convinced me to throw them out. There is a bit of cushioning to it, although it is firm. In addition, it is long and allows for full extension through a variety of roller movements. Since it is shorter than other shoes I have tried, it makes an ideal shoe.
It is a pleasure to speak to Lauren Roxburgh. She is Foam rollers are supposed to be the best for pilates and fascia restoration, so I was not expecting it to be firmer than I thought it would. If you used it to recover from an injury, you might hurt yourself.
There is nothing like this! My thumper roller makes a lot of noise. I like it for my legs, but I do not like it for my back or With its length, it was long enough to do all my back exercises and the manufacturer claims it helps with pain relief. As I rolled my back, I felt like I was in heaven. My drilling even extended to a little bit of cutting. I haven't been able to use anything else that doesn't hurt. Additionally, it is helpful. This is an expensive blender, but it makes great smoothies and works well.
