Almost instantly, the massage stick relieves pain that I get in my lower back. I can use it almost anywhere, but I use it most in my lower back. I was involved in a car accident last October and have been receiving physical therapy to ease my back pain. In order to get a more firm grip on a yoga ball, I needed a foam roller. Having this set is awesome because my wife bought a muscle roller last week, and I told her this set includes one, so she gave me the money back for the roller In this set, a better value has been found. I like the foam roller's firm feel and the quality seems good. The upper back definitely feels better after using it. PT exercises can be done at home with this device. I found this to be a great value for the price.

My only complaint is that it is easy to go down the rabbit hole with products on Amazon, and trying to find a foam roller did not prove to be easy with so many It is important to know which reviews I should believe/not believe, and which ones to avoid. The initial plan was to buy a foam roller, but when looking at price ranges, a set looked like a better choice. I received the set about a week ago and have been using it for about a week now You're right, it's amazing! We have not had any issues with deterioration with the foam roller. There is a massaging stick here in case I need it. I'm not sure I'd use it, but its there if I need it! It's awesome that the balls are so cool In addition to upper back pain, I use them for tense spots in the muscles caused by weight lifting with the ball against a wall. This set has got to be one of the best deals you can find, especially at this.

In all parts of the body, I have been able to get relief from sore muscles from this product. The high density form roller was my primary reason for purchasing the set. I am quite pleased with it! As expected, the form roller is at the top of the list, but the other parts are absolutely fantastic. It is a perfect ball with perfect knots and feet. When you've had a long day of working out, the stretching strap is useful for loosening up your body. I definitely agree that it is.

A lame idea. Black paint was applied to styrofoam before the roller was made of soft foam. My concern is that it will break if I put too much weight on it. This is a hard stone, not a soft one. It was OK for the balls and the strap. Back rollers are way too short, but they feel nice if you have a partner with you who can massage your shoulders and back with it. I could not return it due to the hassle.

In truth, I bought this set only for the foam roller, but I ended up getting a lot of use out of the other items as well. It is great to have both the hand held roller and the stretching band in order to relieve some additional pain. Sturdy and of excellent quality, the foam roller is well made. Considering the set's price, the deal is pretty good in general.

My muscles become tight and knotted after exercising for a long time. This product makes it possible to stretch, which relieves the problems.
