For the first time in my life, I've used a foam roller. The firmness appears to me to be adequate. When working on my IT band, I can't put nearly my full weight on it. It's my first time foam rolling and doing myofascial release, but after finding out it's something I should do at home, I started doing it. In the front, there's a small formatting issue, and the quads and hamstrings pic are flipped, but it's super easy to follow and after a few weeks I've felt better than ever before.
