In the laminated book that comes with it are different types of foam roller stretches you can do and how to use them. Even stretch sessions designated to relax you, for back pain, before bed, in the morning, and for a number of other purposes. This is a really useful book, and is a great tool to have when traveling. I wondered if it was possible to take in the book when it was folded up, as it was the size of a foam roller. My family members have purchased several for Christmas gifts for me because they love it so much.
