As for the rating, I gave it 3 stars because I feel it's made of good material, however it is not theraband stability/exercise ball. I had purchased one before, but it got torn up during the course of moving. Observe the indentations in the pictures, the fake stick on branding, and most importantly, the fact that it doesn't live up to Shop on their website. You will be glad you did.
Despite its superior design, this ball is made from substandard materials. The version I had was counterfeit, based on my opinion. It was impossible to remove the crease lines that appeared after folding and shipping after inflating the ball. In the end, the ball popped along the line between these creases. This is not a ball I would recommend buying.
A chiropractor I know uses this product in his office and recommends it very highly. In addition, it came with a guide on how to properly inflate it. Inflating a tire with a manual device (such as a bicycle tire inflator) is easier, but a mechanical one is much faster. An additional plug was included as well. Upon asking him how often he had to add air to the one in his offices, he replied that he has used them for a long time without having to do so. We're very pleased with how it works. It looks like it will last a very long time too.
Exercise balls from Theraband have never worn out or failed on me during the years of using them. Don't forget to follow the instructions when filling out the initial form. A handy wall poster describes many exercises you may want to try if you were introduced to this product in physical therapy or the gym. If not, this product offers a list of many exercises you should be able to do at home. Which benefits would you like to learn about? With this ball, the user can exercise many muscles in a low impact way to prevent knee injuries and lower back pain. I have to have it!.
There are a lot of parts to this thing. Our workouts have been using this for about four months, doing a variety of stability exercises using it, such as dumbbell presses and crunches. We may get a smaller size, but as of now we have been doing our workouts on it. We use this attachment continually as part of our routine, but it was a bit troublesome to use the plastic attachment that came with our bosu ball because it was hard to use. I couldn't remember the exact model, but it came with our bosu ball. Since we bought it four months ago, we have filled it with air one time. The product was exactly what I wanted.
Ball that can be used for many purposes.
This item cannot be inflated. It is so frustrating to receive my Theraband ball and have not figured out how to fill it with air. There were no resources sent to assist me with the inflation process, and I even purchased an 'Inflation Kit' at a hardware store and I still have no idea how to do it. My floor is covered in the thing This is a The balloon is inflated and cannot be used. I ended up taking it to Big 5 for inflation, and they were kind enough to handle
Dear Theraball, I really need your help. Please provide a description of the process that is involved in inflating the It is very unclear what you are supposed to do in the book.
A really good product. Having to pay more money, I'm glad I got this brand. I feel safe with it not leaking. It is recommended to use an electric inflator rather than a The ball is packaged with a helpful booklet explaining how to use it. I recommend it.
