Questions & Answers

Is this a ball of a certain diameter?

The size of a pencil is approximately 5"

There are two balls in my package, but one is so hard that it's hard to grip. One is softer, but it feels like the balance of the iron sand is off. Is there any air that I could add?

You should not add air to the mixture. By kneading the balls, you can make them softer and distribute the sand more evenly.

Where can I find written instructions on how to use the balls in a workout ?

I am not aware of anything like that.

How big is the diameter of a 5lb ball?

The 5lb balls were too big for me as I am a typical sized woman (5'5") and I'm about 155 lbs. Unfortunately, I ended up giving away all of them and I do not have access to their diameter. I found the 3lb extremely comfortable, but the 5lb were too big for me, and very difficult to handle. Simply holding a 5lb traditional weight seemed more practical than holding a 20lb

When you're in a pinch, this is great
3/5

Since dumbbells had run out, this was a good alternative. They were a bit too large for me to hold, but when the world ran out of dumbbells it was a.

It's a great alternative to large medicine balls for those who wan't to keep their hands busy
5/5

In order to fit some random workouts into my day, I decided to get this. My hand is able to fit the size inside so I can fully paw it with my hands (about the A simple routine can easily work muscles in the arms and is suitable for just light exercise. If it's light enough to carry along when you go for a walk or just throw it to yourself, do it while walking around the house. In terms of breaktime workouts I am pleased with this so far, but I would suggest a heavier weight if you want to work your arms really hard.

Great accessory for a young gymnast
5/5

My daughter uses it as part of her gymnastics training. Despite being 9 years old and experiencing problems with her upper body strength, she was determined to get stronger. I ordered some of these and she started doing her stretches with them, or throwing them around, with results within a week. Gymnasts of all ages should definitely try this program.

They are very large balls, weighing 4 pounds each
3/5

It is a little over 5" in diameter. They are very large balls, weighing 4 pounds each. This is a round piece of about The size is too large for a woman's hand. Even my trainer did not want them because they were so You need to ensure you don't make a mistake since shipping is so high. If they are the wrong size, then it makes no sense to send them back. I'll just take the loss, and I'll.

There are some here I like
5/5

There's not much to complain about. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are talking about when they say these fall apart or are defective. They are certainly not for throwing or bouncing around, but other than that, they're a good size for gripping and exercising My foam rollers are used during yoga to stretch my back, shoulders, and pecs as I lie lengthwise on them. They serve well for stretching and light gripping exercises, as well as warm-ups for shoulder raises. Since they are 3 lb sets, I can't use them for "real" strength exercises, but they work well for warming-up and stretching. Make sure you take care of them and you will be able to enjoy their services.

My end table left a mark, and they left a note
3/5

A mark was left on my end table, and they also have a spot ), and they sat in that position. I did not buy the gold colored balls because they were only there for a few hours while I worked through my routine. One reviewer notes this is the reason they didn't purchase the gold colored balls. You don't have to worry about them otherwise just be cautious about where and how During the summer, I keep the plants wrapped in cloth in a straw basket. It isn't as convenient for me as I would like!.

There is too much solidity
3/5

There used to be these great balls that performed the same function as a Pilates ball but were softer and easier to use. The ball is unrollable and feels like a brick as you may want to roll it in order for you to perform exercises. As well as being hard to hold, they are also very hard to grip. There is definitely a chance I still have the one I had years ago The money spent on this was a waste.

The pictures are great! When I walk, I carry these as well, so I can work out my arms and hands
5/5

Those can get sweaty (I walk fast and sweat a lot), but you just have to squeeze them a little Probably they look a bit strange, but I come in later in the evening (colder temps) and honestly, I don't care what they think.
