Questions & Answers
Hello there, Deanna. Thank you for your inquiry. What you mean by "m" is a mystery to me. However, I believe you meant "medium." The SmartSport Premium Exercise Ball from SmarterLife Products is available in three sizes based on its diameter - small, medium, and large. 55 cm (21 1/2 inches), 65 cm (25 1/2 inches), and 75 cm (29 1/2 inches) are the three lengths available. Of course, the diameter can be easily determined by measuring from the floor to the top of the ball, as measured from the ball's middle point. If you're between 4'7" and 5'5" tall, get the 55 cm ball; if you're between 4'7" and 5'5" tall, get the 54 cm ball. Order the 65 cm ball if you're 5'6" to 6'0" tall, and the 75 cm ball if you're 6'1" to 6'8" tall. Finally, if you intend to use our SmartSport Premium Exercise Ball as a desk chair, order one size larger than you would for your workouts. I hope this information is useful.
Yes, as well as a special tape measure for making sure the balloons are properly inflated.
Hi Al. Thank you for posing such a crucial query. Here are the sizing instructions for the SmarterLife Products SmartSport Premium Exercise Ball if you plan to use it for physical workouts: Order the 55 cm ball if you are between 4'7" and 5'5" tall. Order the 65 cm ball if you're 5'6" to 6'0" tall, and the 75 cm ball if you're 6'1" to 6'8" tall. These directions can also be found in the "Product Description" section of our Amazon product listing. Now, if you plan to use this ball as a desk chair, you should order the next size up from the above instructions if you are "sized" to the 55 cm or 65 cm balls for workouts (I use two balls). The following is an exception: Most people of this height find the 75 cm ball suitable for both workouts and desk use if they size for it for workouts. because a ball larger than 75 cm can't fit comfortably on most desks I hope you find this information useful.
Carebear, hello there. Here is Tim DePuy, the CEO of SmarterLife Products. Yes, you can, as Carlita replied. Our newest SmartSport Premium Exercise Ball comes with a plug removal tool, making deflating the ball even easier. However, because our inventory is a mix of older and newer inventory, we cannot guarantee that the unit Amazon ships to you will include the removal tool. If you contact us after you make your purchase, we will send you the removal tool separately. I hope you find this response to be useful.

animal hair does not stick to it, according to a customer review, and the seller's numerous responses to questions. It arrived quickly, with all of the parts included in the box. The manual pump that came with it made it simple to inflate. This ball was ordered to be used as a birthing ball (hopefully within the next few days!). ) but I'm sure I'll also use it as an exercise ball. My only criticism is that, even when inflated to the proper pressure (as indicated by the measuring tape included), my knees are higher than my hips, indicating that the ball is too small for me. I'm only 5'2" tall, by the way. I ordered according to the size chart, but I wish I had gone up a size. If you're 5'2 or taller, the 65 is a better option. If I hadn't already unwrapped and inflated everything, I would exchange. And if I hadn't been expecting a child any day now!.
At home, I used it to sit on while eating or watching TV. I could sit for longer periods of time without hurting my lower back, and during the third trimester, I would kneel on the floor and rest my head on the ball. This relieved the strain on my back and, according to what I've read, also assists the baby in falling into the proper position for birth. When you do get it, please let me know how you like it. Because the pump is manual and takes some time to pump up, expect an arm workout. My husband and I alternated doing the dishes!.
I'm blown away by this company! I ordered one of these balls because I'm expecting a child. I ordered the 45-inch model, but it was too small for what I needed it for. I was hoping to go back. It would cost me half the price of the ball to exchange it for a larger size, but it would cost me half the price of the ball to return it. I contacted the company to inform them of the situation, and they offered to reimburse me for the cost of returning the ball, which I completely forgot to do because I was in my third trimester and feeling a little disoriented. The company contacted me again to see what I wanted to do in the future!! Wow! Honestly, I'm at a loss for words. They were under no obligation to contact me again, but they did. I got my money back on the same day I returned the ball! br>br>I ordered the 65-inch ball, and it is fantastic!! It's simple to fill and includes extra pieces in case you misplace the hole-sealing pin. This exercise ball comes highly recommended by me. company!.
The ball comes with a measuring tape, which appeared to be fairly full but had plenty of slack. I asked if the tape was the wrong size because the company sends follow-up emails to make sure you're happy, and he told me to trust the tape, which I did. I kept going until the tape was just snug enough, and it's perfect! Customer service is excellent; they follow up to let you know they care, but not to the point of being intrusive. br>br>Aside from that, the ball is of excellent quality. Since I received it, I've used it several times and it appears to be quite durable. The only flaw I can find is that there is no way to remove the plug when you want to deflate or inflate it, but other than that, I'm very pleased.
The ball will extend all the way to the edge of the field! I bought a purple ball that was 65cm in diameter. After reading the reviews about the ball's sizing, I pumped the gym ball by:br>1) inserting one end of the black measuring tape that came with the gym ball into the nozzle of the pump,br>2) wrapping the tape around the ball vertically (when the inflation hole faces up), thenbr>3) inserting the other end of the tape into the nozzle of the pump, and finallybr>4) inserting the nozzle into the inflation hole of the ball (try to insert the br>br>After this is complete, begin pumping. Yes, a small pump and a large gym ball do take some time to set up. Because I discovered that if I pump slowly, not enough air enters the pump and ball, "quick frequency" is the key to efficient pumping. You can take breaks in between sessions if you do short, quick pumping. Pumping takes me 5 minutes and I don't find it difficult, but I see that elderly people may require assistance. br>br>NOTE: Even if the ball appears to be unable to reach the length of the tape at first, you should continue pumping. Because the ball is made of elastic material, trust me when I say it DOES REACH THE TAPE'S PERIMETER. When you're done pumping, quickly block the inflation hole with your thumb after removing the pump nozzle, and insert the pin as soon as possible to prevent air from escaping the ball. br>br>I purchased the item as a used (opened box) item from an Amazon warehouse, and the exercise guide is missing. I emailed SmarterLife through their website, and they quickly responded and, after checking my order number, emailed me the exercise guide. I believe they are fairly responsive to their customers (see their response in the negative reviews) and stand behind their product, which is one of the reasons I chose this ball over other options on Amazon. After I've used it for a while, I'll update this review to see if it deflates. br>br>Size: br>br> I'm 5'6'' and have short legs, so this serves as a chair in front of my desk for me. 65cm is sufficient for my needs. Though my thigh does not meet my calf at a 90-degree angle (as suggested for a chair), I believe that if I chose 55cm, my desk would be too high.
When his teachers encouraged all of the parents to send in balls for their children to use as chairs, I bought one for my 7-year-old. Instead of sitting motionless in a desk chair all day, it allows children to "get the wiggles out. " This has been extremely beneficial to my son, who suffers from hyperactivity, and I particularly like this ball because it must be inflated to a very firm state in order to provide the best balance of stability and movement. Several other balls popped as a result of this, or as a result of being "wiggled and sat upon" in class. My son enjoys the SmarterLife ball, which has held up well. I also appreciate that the company's owner emailed me personally to see if I was satisfied with the product and included a colorful diagram of exercises that can be performed with the ball. I'll admit that I've "borrowed" my son's a few times in order to try out the exercises!.
