It was all too tempting for me to air it up and use it right away, but the directions say it needs to sit for two hours, air up partway and allow it to sit for 24 hours, and then air up completely and let it sit What the heck? My favorite part of this chair is sitting on it! It took me a while to finally sit on it for the first time after carefully following the instructions. Oh my gosh, that is amazing! The yoga ball is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat on! I mean it. You sit like you're on a soft, bouncy pillow with this thing and it has amazing traction. Mornings are not my favorite time, and it made me miserable having to get up in the morning from my rocking chair and When I tried it, I had no regrets and was just in awe that something could allow me to move so comfortably and at the same time be so inspirational. Despite my height of 5'6", I am able to get the ball that is 65cm. Having it at the perfect height is ideal. I am so excited to bounce my cotton candy.
