In the pre- I am only 5'2" tall and my pregnancy weight was 228 pounds. As the pregnancy progressed, I was concerned that I would be too heavy for this ball, so I thought about ordering a size larger to accommodate for my weight, but I went with the size chart and ordered a I am so impressed with it! My posture improves when I bounce on it and do gentle rotations after eating, and it makes me feel less uneasy after eating. My couch can sometimes push my ribs into my belly when I'm watching TV on it, so it's a lot more comfortable than a chair.

If you like What a beautiful ball! I adore it so much! With my first baby, I didn't get one, but for my second pregnancy I decided to get one and to date it has been one of my greatest experiences. The massage helps me manage a lot of back and hip pain (sciatica) that I get from long workdays. Also, it gives me a variety of exercises to practice while using it, and I find that very helpful. I am definitely happy with my purchase.

Have you ever heard of the 24-hour rule? The ball should be air-filled after being removed from the bag/box for 24 hours before debuting. Is it possible that you should put the device inflate to about 80% before use, then leave it to rest Reading the directions taught me all that I needed to know. When you are pregnant and working from a desk eight hours a day, this will be an invaluable tool. It would be a ten out of ten.

There's no better ball than this one. Aside from this, I have only one complaint. The pump it came with was useless. It took way longer than I expected to pump. Inflating the mattress took a few minutes with an air mattress pump.

A customer service that is second to none I received a new ball a few days after I placed my order and reviewed it, as well as an email checking in to ensure that I was satisfied with my product. The new ball has been working great for me over the past few weeks. A review from the past It is great to have it in my hands and I have been anxiously awaiting its use. The most important person for most of my third trimester was my mother! had a back injury in my first trimester, so my back pain is quite severe at times, and it can be quite excruciating at times. My life has been changed so much thanks to this. I really enjoyed reading this book, it has a lot of great advice and exercise suggestions! It's just a fantastic set, all of it! I would highly recommend this (I have even sent the link directly to a few pregnant friends so far)!.
