Our in-house insurance is a must for us. Only the units that are located in your home can be repaired and maintained by home service providers. To move large equipment, I would suggest contacting a moving company that is both insured and bonded.
As far as I recall from the time of purchase, this can only be purchased in conjunction with the purchase of a new treadmill.
For three years, you'll get parts, service, and annual maintenance.

I spent $1,200 on a Nordic elliptical and added this three-year annual maintenance plan to it. br>br>It appears that the Nordic comes with a 2-year warranty. The product comes with a one-year warranty that covers almost everything. This plan is in addition to Nordics' manufacturer warranty - As a result, I purchased an additional year of covered labor and two years of additional parts coverage. I thought I was purchasing 3 MORE YEARS OF COVERED SERVICE. br>br>Read the Maintenance Plan carefully to make sure this is what you're looking for. It didn't appear to be running concurrently with the manufacturer's warranty, at least not to me.
Registration and setting up a maintenance plan were both simple. I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet, so I can't speak to that. I've only had my T 8 for a short time. 5S nordictrack and have been using it 6 days a week for the past 8 months with no major issues. br>br>To be honest, I received an email offering an additional year of warranty service in exchange for writing this review.
I've now received four copies after a long wait, but I still don't have the information I need to properly enter the treadmill service contract I purchased into the Nordic track site. I'm a little nervous about what to expect when I'm ready to use this warranty for yearly treadmill tune-ups, but we'll see how it goes. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I've now received four separate copies of the annual maintenance plan in the mail. The warranty and purchase order item numbers appear to be automatically entered once the treadmill is registered online. I am excited to use both the treadmill and the annual maintenance program.
Although this is a good product, there is an annoying clicking noise near the rear foot pedal that will not go away. We even returned the first one, and the second one sounds nearly identical. Over- Overall, it's a good machine that I put to good use.
On February 24, 2021, I purchased a treadmill, which failed on July 2, 2021. Repair service has been contacted. To cut a long story short, it is now September 7, 2021, and the treadmill is still broken, with no indication of when it will be repaired. If at all possible, stay away from them.
The entire team, as well as the management, is exceptional! They've always gone above and beyond to help me whenever I've had a problem with my equipment. To have a company care about their customers in this way in today's world is a true gift to all of us as customers!.
It's better to be safe than sorry!.
