I used to do squats with a wallball to ensure I got low enough. This is what I use when I want to jump. Just in case, I'd check with the manufacturer.
China
It's just a single box, after all.

These boxes are fantastic. They look a lot like the boxes I used at In-N-Out. They are soft and sturdy, and they were in good shape prior to quarantine. I'm kissing 200 pounds right now, and they're holding up well.
This jump box is well made and appears to be durable, as other reviews have stated. Plyometrics are a breeze with the 6" version. It's big enough to keep you from shifting or moving while you're working out, but not so big that it'll be difficult to transport and store. (The 12" version is equally well-made, but its larger size makes it more difficult to transport and store. ) It's preferable to a traditional plywood box because it provides cushion and isn't as noisy to operate.
I like how it has a handle for easy movement, and I bought the 6" version as well so that I can make it 18 if I need to!.
This appears to be a well-made box with a large platform that is fairly stable. It's great that it's stackable and that you can add more if necessary. Other boxes have different heights depending on how they're moved around, but they're not very stable if you use the higher sides of those boxes. This one appeals to me because of the large landing platform. I would strongly suggest it.
It's fantastic. I'm hoping the material will hold up and not degrade over time. Instead of purchasing a top-of-the-line brand, I was attempting to save money. When I decide to buy another one, I like that it has velcro.
I absolutely adore it! br>I was concerned that it wouldn't be difficult enough, but it was. I own a gym where I have youth athletes and adults jumping outside and back inside, and durability isn't an issue.
This plyo box is extremely well constructed. It connects to others, and the velcro is of good quality and appears to last a long time. It also has a handle, making it easier to pick up and move. If the 12" comes back into stock, I'll buy it.
It appeals to me. It's also how my dog gets up on the bed: He likes it; it's a nice, sturdy step for him, and it gives me some exercise!.
