350 pounds is written on the label. I haven't attempted to push myself past my comfort zone.
For box squats, I weighed 300 pounds and carried 405 pounds on my back. It's not a problem; it's just as tough as the gym's boxes. They're more worried about 350 jumping on the box, I believe.
It's exceptionally well-made. I'm guessing the weight is around 5 pounds. 10lbs.

I go to the gym seven days a week, so when it closed due to Covid earlier this year, I was furious. I wasn't going to give up my workouts, so I started doing them at home with equipment I already had. There were a few items missing from my home gym, so I started buying them one by one. This 12" steel plyo box was one of those purchases, and I'm very happy with it. NO ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED. . . IT COMES EXACTLY AS SHOWN. It's a good one. Rubber stoppers under each corner keep it from moving or slipping around, and it's well-made and sturdy. The box has a textured top that makes it non-slip. Also, a slip. While I do use my box in conjunction with my weight bench for feet-training, It's great for box jumps, push-ups, and other exercises. Step-ups and push-ups are two exercises that can be done together. Also, there are some ups. The only issue I have with this box is that I couldn't find any information about its maximum weight capacity anywhere. While this was not an issue for me, it may be something to consider for other buyers. Overall, this product has met my expectations.
This is not a stable situation. When laid flat on the floor, the plyo box we purchased wobbles. Our son has tried box jumps with it and claims that the wobbling makes him feel less stable while jumping. I'm not sure what's causing the tremors. Each of the four footers is present.
There is an absence of quality control. The box arrived in good condition, but when I opened it, the top was scratched in two places, one of the corners was broken, and there was a fine brownish rust colored dust all over the legs. The dust was easily removed, but I was dissatisfied with the other issues, as I had waited months for this and did not want to go through the hassle of returning it. It feels sturdy, and it doesn't require any assembly, which is a plus.
I'm also a size 7 woman, and my two feet fit perfectly on top, with plenty of room. The way it was wrapped and packed (2 boxes) was appealing to me. There was, however, a scratch (as seen in the photograph).
I wish I had purchased this in September to use during the winter months. I like this stepper because it reminds me of the ones at Planet Fitness. It's all ready to use when it arrives.
It turned out to be much smaller than I had anticipated. Make sure you pay attention to the size you want, among other things. br>Stable, nicer than a regular gym bench, and easy to move around.
But it'll do for now. It's okay for step-ups, but it needs to be a lot wider for jumps. On the garage floor, there is a slight/tilt in the corner. This isn't a deal breaker in my opinion.
