On that, I'm not so sure. Squats in a box are referred to as "touch squats" because they so you'll be fine" However, if your squat contains a "fail," you may be in serious trouble. I don't believe it was designed for that. It's a tough piece. It doesn't budge or wobble at all when I'm 230 pounds.
The logo has been etched on the surface. It would almost certainly jeopardize the box's structural integrity and load capacity.
I'm not sure if there's any kind of guarantee. The box is fairly sturdy, and I don't anticipate it chipping unless it is struck by a sharp object.

I didn't want to pay for the larger size, but this one is fine; if you read the dimensions and look at the pictures, you should be able to tell what size it is before you receive it, so I'm not sure why people are surprised that it is smaller than they expected. Two spare screws and a small wrench were included in my package. I didn't require any additional instructions. It's self-explanatory, to be honest. self-explanatory I'm not sure how anyone could be perplexed or require assistance with this because I completed it in under 15 minutes on my own. It feels sturdy, looks great, is smooth all around, and will be a great addition to my routine. I got tired of working out on my short front porch stoop and being eaten alive by mosquitos and wanted a more challenging workout, so I chose this box. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I've had this box for a while and it's been fantastic! I've lost 55 pounds since starting my journey with it! Whoohoo!.
It was a lot easier to put together than the Avengers, and it helped me pass my first border patrol physical fitness test. You'll see the same brand in gyms all the time. Good product at a reasonable price. br>br>P. I was 260 pounds when I started training for this. 👍.
I'm not sure what I expected when I received this; it's smaller than I expected, but I'm glad it's this size; it took me about 10 minutes to put together, and it came with a large bag of screws and an allen wrench. It's as easy as pie! It's very sturdy and all of the pieces fit together perfectly! Mine doesn't sway at all. It's great for doing box jumps, hop overs, pushups, triceps dips, and so much more at home! This mini box has piqued my interest, and I'm looking forward to putting it to good use! For sizing, I put it in front of my vacuum and wore it with my 8 1/2 women's trainers, which are about feet shoulders width apart. I hope this information is useful to anyone looking for a low-cost item that is also good value for money.
All of the positive feedback has taken me by surprise. This was definitely simple to assemble and is a lovely box, but it's so light that it's difficult to step up on, especially with weights. It was necessary for us to disassemble it and return it. We were extremely disappointed because we had hoped it would live up to the hype. However, we believe that this is a waste of time.
This box had piqued my interest, and I was looking forward to receiving it. I needed one more piece of gear to finish my pandemic garage gym. I took the parts out of the box and laid them out in front of me. I was looking for the small white box with the screws and, much to my surprise, there it was. SCREWS WILL NOT BE USED. The box was crushed beneath all the other "stuff," but there were no screws. As a result, I repacked everything and returned it all. I guess I'm not the only one who has been having trouble getting the screws lately. Oh well. I ordered a competitor's product, which is excellent (and includes the screws).
It's made of high-quality wood with extremely smooth edges. It can be adjusted to three different heights: 12", 14", and 16". I use it as a deep squat exercise base and it's exactly what I need for indoor step ups. It performs admirably and is extremely durable. I could easily see myself taking this outside to get some exercise while on the go. br>br>Excellent product with prompt delivery.
It will take about 45 minutes (possibly less) to complete this task. The screw in the photo that I'm pointing to won't go in and won't screw. We'll almost certainly need to get an electric drill and apply some force to it. We do box jumps, step ups, and even some squat sit downs on it because it's very sturdy: ) It's excellent value for money:.
Once it's put together, I really like it. It has a great appearance, a nice finish, and is extremely durable. It's an attractive design. It should take no more than 10 minutes to put everything together. The only issue I had was that the cutouts on the box were just a smidgeon too small in a few places to allow assembly. The wooden tabs are inserted into the slots in this location. I used a file to remove a small amount of material from the openings until the tab could be pressed in. Due to the nature of plywood, excessive force may cause it to crack or delaminate. They would not fit in my case. It's a fantastic box now that it's all put together!.
