Our plyo box is made of heavy steel and has a powder coating on the surface, making it rust-proof and durable. Under high-intensity training, the frame's welded section is firm, durable, and stable. 350 lbs. is the recommended weight limit.

Rubber Grip Platform: This plyometric jump box's platform is covered in ribbed rubber that is anti-skid to keep your posture safe and help you maintain a grip on the box landings, preventing injury.

Our box-type platform has a trapezoidal structure with 12 points. 4 "x 12. 4" across the top and 17" x 17" across the bottom. The upper and lower sections are designed in such a way that they provide a stable structure while also freeing up storage space.

Simple to Assemble: Our fitness step trainer is made up of several parts that are simple to put together. All you have to do now is tighten it using our training accessories. Not only will the feet with pads prevent slipping, but they will also protect the floor from scratches.

They're sturdy enough to stand on while doing squats with four 45-pound plates

My home gym has gotten a lot better with this addition. Only a few screws need to be tightened for assembly, which takes about 10 minutes. I usually do 'pedestal squats' while standing on them. There isn't any swaying or anything else I'd like to criticize. I would purchase them again.

It was very simple to put together. When you open it, there's a strong odor, which I assume is the glue used to keep the rubber on top in place. The slipping-prevention rubber stickers on the bottom appear to be a bit flimsy. I'll try to come up with something more substantial. In general, as I progress, I intend to order the next larger sizes.

It's suitable for use in a home gym

Excellent product. This is exactly what we were looking for in terms of a home gym. br>With the exception of the rubber grip top, which is held in place by a sticky / stick backing. We had to use glue to keep it in place. Before I even used it, it started pulling from the top. It could become a trip hazard if you don't glue it down.
