D Wheeless is a fictional character who appears in the novel D Wheeles no.. The box is only 12" from the ground when folded. I hope this information is useful.
Because of the grip rubber on top and the fact that it is heavier than a regular box, I believe it is more durable and will not move if you land on it incorrectly.
It isn't difficult at all to adjust. Place it on the ground sideways, pin side up. Pull the pin, slide the legs to the desired height notches, and secure with the pin. What's the problem, it adjusts in a matter of seconds?

Worse, the manufacturer is difficult to work with and makes the customer jump through hoops just to get a simple replacement part. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
This plyo box is a dream come true for me. It's extremely durable. I'm a 225-pound man who uses it for box jumps, weighted step-ups, and other exercises. heavy barbell squats, and as a depth gauge for pull-ups. On a concrete floor, I use it in my garage. When I step on it, it does not slide at all. Once more, it's extremely durable - There is absolutely no wiggle room. br>br>In almost every workout, I use this box for some reason or another. That was not something I expected to do. It is, however, extremely beneficial. br>br>I was hesitant to buy it because of the negative reviews about the thin metal bar that locks the bench height. Yes, it is a thin piece of metal, but it does not support any weight and is of sufficient thickness for the task at hand. Do not be swayed by the negative reviews. The one who twisted theirs. I'm not sure how that could happen (it would have to be something special). br>br>FYI, putting the plyo box on its back (with the adjustment bar facing up) is the simplest way to change height. It's a fairly straightforward procedure.
This thing is about twice as big as I expected, and it's insanely heavy and well-made - It's overengineered to the point of being unusable. It could easily support the weight of a car, in my opinion. It's so heavy that adjusting the height is difficult, and moving it is also difficult. As a result, the rubber surface on top is thick and appears to be durable, making it a sturdy platform. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. I agree with another reviewer that the locking bar is extremely flimsy and likely to bend or break if not handled carefully. When the rest of the unit is so heavy-handed, this seems like a major oversight. duty.
This is something I really like. Rather than having a bunch of boxes taking up space, this is a much better option. It's well-made and durable. I haven't tried it on 24 inches yet, and I'm a little nervous because it seemed a little wobbly when I shook it by hand, but that could be due to the fact that I was shaking it rather than stepping onto it. I intend to give it a shot. br>br>I'd like it to fold flat as well. It could, in my opinion, if it were made wider, which they are unlikely to do. Nonetheless, I believe that being able to store flat would be a significant advantage.
This is an outstanding piece of machinery. This is one of the best products I've ever purchased in terms of quality. PERIOD. It's well-made, extremely safe, simple to adjust, and it looks great. It's as sturdy as anything I've seen at my local gym. It's hefty, weighing in at 35 pounds. Weight: 40 lbs Jumping on top of a granite block is as solid as plyo jumps at the 24" setting. It's incredibly durable. I was doing step-by-step instructions the other day. At the 16" setting, I did push-ups with a 135-pound barbell across my shoulders (I'm 175) The Stamina X did not groan, moan, sway, or shake in any way. This is a very serious piece of gym gear.
in comparison in any case! br>br>It was a good deal, but I have to say. The ONLY criticism I have is that the height sticker falls off fairly easily. br>This thing is built like nothing I have bought 'new' in a very, very long time. It would be better if the steel on which it was mounted had been stamped in such a way that the sticker was recessed. br>br>I use it as a seat, a stool, and a step stool because it is so nice. a TV tray, and a ladder br>br>It's made of steel, and the paint on the slot/ridge will eventually wear away. So either keep it in a dry place or inspect, clean, and lightly oil it on a regular basis. Overall, fantastic! br>br>.
The safety bar is FLIMSY and does not keep the bars in place because it is not flush with them. Because the bars can't go any further out, you'll be fine at the 12" position. The platform collapsed from its 16" position THREE TIMES after I followed the instructions carefully. This is an extremely dangerous piece of gear, and I strongly advise against using it!.
When it comes to physically moving the unit and interacting with the various height markers, the Stamina has a bit of a learning curve. Furthermore, if proper precautions are not taken, the weight proves to be heavy enough to cause serious injury. Personally, I'm not impressed with the platform's instability when using the twenty-first century. Height: 4 inches The twelve and twenty-inch settings, on the other hand, are excellent.
