This product has been made in such a way that it is of poor quality. br>br>There are these extremely small metal or lead balls (similar to sand) that fall from the Ploy Box, littering your environment with dusty metal balls that are nearly impossible to remove. br>br>Before I use it in the evening, I'm thinking of throwing it away. Furthermore, the packaging contains an excessive amount of plastics, which took a long time to remove.

This is a fantastic plyo box
5/5

I've been working out for a year, but it's only been in the last few months that I've become more serious about it. I started a fitness program, and many of the exercises are done with a wooden Plyo box. I had been looking for one for quite some time but quickly realized that Plyo boxes are not inexpensive. Because of the mixed reviews, I was hesitant to buy this one. I'm glad I bought it, though. It arrived in excellent condition, and removing all of the plastic and bubble wrap took about 10 minutes. A small amount of light gray sand did emerge from beneath the surface at first, but none has emerged since. Mine arrived in excellent condition; it is not wobbly or of poor quality, as some others have complained about. The top part where you stand wiggles a little, but as you can see in my video, I don't think it will ever come out. It's been a while since I've used it, and it's still going strong! I feel comfortable using it during workouts, and I'm glad I took a chance and bought it. The best part is that it's already put together for you! I ordered another in a different size, and I'm hoping it arrives in the same good shape as this one.

Glue job that isn't up to par! Con:
- All rubber grippings adhered sloppily due to poor glue work

This is a very amateurish job!
- metal has scuff marksbr>- There was no "Rage" branding on the product, and no factory manuals or tags were included. It makes me wonder if it's a knock-off. br>br>Benefits: br>br>
- The metalwork is of excellent quality.

However, solid
3/5

It stinks HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. If you're going to an indoor gym, don't bother. The smell of a chemical plant pervades my entire room. I even hosed it down and put it outside, but the odor persists!.

I awoke one morning
5/5

Okay, I haven't used it for exercise, but I know it's sturdy and looks like it'll last a long time; it can hold me for about 20 minutes of standing. My bedroom had a possum (or opossum) in it one morning. My dog must have mistaken it for a toy because she dragged it in from outside while I slept. She let it go when I awoke because she was happy to see me awake. So, I saw that jerk dash across my room. I initially mistook it for a large rat, but it growled when I approached it (it was hiding beneath my dresser). I called my husband at work, and he told me to leave the room, close the door, and he'd be home in a few minutes to take care of it. He must have been with his coworkers because three minutes later, he called me and said, "I need to try to grab it. " No, so that brings me to this product: he's on the bed with a shovel when he gets home for 20 minutes, and I'm on this stand with a broom. He's trying to get it to come to me so I can throw it outside, but we're both terrified of it, so we're screaming. He had no choice but to toss it out when he finally faced his fears. The stand, on the other hand, did a fantastic job. To give you an idea of my weight, I'm 225 pounds.

It's very nice, but there's a lot of stuff inside the frame
4/5

Excellent value for money. This item is extremely durable. I'm 310 pounds and trying to lose weight, but it's not going away. It gives me the courage to continue working. The only oddity is that the frame is filled with a slew of small balls. When you unpack it, they fall out all over the place, and they continue to fall out as you use it. I'm not sure what they are, but they appear to be lead. After using it, I always wash my hands.

If you're serious about your glutes, this is the exercise for you
5/5

I had two compelling reasons for spending so much money on a single step-by-step procedure: my glutes and a sprained right knee During physical therapy, I was given exercises for muscles other than the knee, such as the calves and glutes. I was perplexed as to why the glutes were so prominent. Because I was favoring my left side due to my limp, and my glutes are what propel me forward. With more research, I was able to see how important they are beyond their aesthetic value. br>br>The Rage Fitness Box/Step arrived in perfect condition and is a miniature work of art, as well as being extremely sturdy. Returning to my knee, the 12" height was an excellent choice; I've been steadily improving since beginning with a few right knee reps every day. br>br>Two thumbs up all the way.

I should have read the other reviews before purchasing, but the price was reasonable, so I took the chance
3/5

This is the platform. Is there any Velcro on it? It feels as if it's about to pop out and is extremely wobbly when you push underneath it. In addition, the glue job on the underside isn't up to par. I'll make it work because returning during this time would be too inconvenient.
