Extra Bracing - Each face has extra bracing to make it bombproof.

Routered Corners - This is a minor detail, but you'll appreciate it if you "miss" in the middle of a tough workout.

Multiple Heights- You get three heights for the price of two traditional boxes because each side is different length.

They are available in two sizes: small (16"x20"x24") and large (20"x24"x30").

The box is fantastic! It's simple to put together. I would strongly advise using electric tools and keeping wood glue on hand.

That's great, but don't squander your money on pre-assembled items

QUICK AND EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON PRE-ASSEMBLED ITEMS! Regardless of which side you're on, it's a bit of a study. I weigh 240 pounds and stand 6 feet tall.
