Unlike the cheap light weight foam boxes, this box weighs 30 pounds. This box has a dense foam covering with vinyl overtop, so it will sink a little due to the foam, but it will still be very stable!
Sorry, we only have the 20x24x30 wood version.
This item would be useful for any jumping exercises you may be doing!
Yes, this will work on carpet for jumping, but it will slide if pushed.

A home gym would be ideal for this. For a home gym, this is a fantastic box. It's small but heavy enough that it doesn't move when you land, which is ideal for me. This is a box I highly recommend!.
This plyo box doesn't have a cheap or shabby feel to it. br>br>First and foremost, I had purchased the competitor's colorful one (Yl), which had a sagging cover. It wasn't as tight on all sides as it could have been. They're the same way at gyms, so it's a problem with the product. I'm not sure if that's a problem with safety. br>br>This one is a slam dunk. There have been no reports of sagging. I compared the two and pinch/pushed the corners to see what the difference was, and the Grind unit is noticeably better. br>br>It's also worth mentioning that grip. I haven't used it in wet conditions, but based on my initial impressions, I have no doubt that it will maintain its grip if water is involved. A lot more color would be nice! Color-coded, to be more precise. However, you'll be able to tell which height you're on simply by looking at it, and the numbers are written on the box (though not color coded). br>br>I also wish the zipper was in a corner, but I'm not complaining because it might have harmed the cover's structural integrity. The other had corner zippers, which caused issues, as I previously stated. br>br>Maneuvrable. br>br> When you're not using it, it slides across the carpet and stays put. Box squats, jumps (only the shortest height), incline/decline work, and as a seat have all been done with it. Of course, the stability will differ depending on your flooring, but I'm on a regular mid-level hardwood. pile carpet and have had no problems with it. br>br>If it is in stock, don't hesitate.
If you're going to jump on a box. You've found it. Lighter boxes have been tried, but they are simply not stable enough for an athlete of any size.
When you receive your order, it will be ready to use.
