It has a lot of strength. At the 30, I propped it up against a wall for added support. I'm the only one who thinks like this.
I seriously doubt it. It has, however, performed admirably and has proven to be long-lasting.
You certainly have the capability. I'd make sure it's either on a non-slip surface or is supported by a wall. surface that is not slick
It's like rubber plastic, so there's some traction, but if you're jumping really fast, I'd recommend propping against something.

I wasn't sure if I'd return this box at first. However, after a few uses, I wish I had purchased it sooner. I really enjoy the various jumping levels. It's far superior to a stepper. I only used it for one workout, and while it was sturdy, the cover wasn't secure, and the inner content was a little loose. It is not very stable as a result of this. br>I was planning on returning it, but you can only return it in its original packaging. br>br>You should spend an extra $40 for better quality.
It's a great jumping box because it's so light. The soft material does not damage our mats at a wrestling gym where we use it for workouts. So far, it has proven to be extremely durable. Box jumps, step-ups, dips, and a variety of other exercises are all possible with this equipment. This product has made me very happy.
Since the gyms are closed, this box jump has been a fantastic way for me to get in my workouts. It's soft, so box jumps don't put too much strain on your legs.
Worked as required. Although it is not as sturdy as the wood box, it still functions well.
This is being used by my daughter to improve her volleyball and basketball jumping. It's tough but not too heavy. Her shins were shielded by the padded sides.
The item was delivered on time. It's very light, and as a result, it's a little shaky.
