Pictured folded in half, it is shown in this state. The density of the cushion makes it feel like a Worked fine for me. The height has been set so that you may feel comfortable at any height.
When folded, this product is 5 inches tall, and unfolded it is 2 inches. Is about 5 inches in length. There is no doubt about it. When I start my yoga practice, I use the folded towel as I breath, center and meditate for a few minutes, then slowly unfold it as I do seated warmups, forward folds, etc. On days when I am in seated cross-legged pose or half lotus, I keep it at the full height if my hips are tighter than usual. I wonder if I received In spite of the fact that it's similar, the one I received does not impress me as much as the one I posted. The only thing I hope is that the color I receive is not different from the one shown in the picture. This bolster is just the right height for me. In the past, I would use the single layer, but now I find this double layer puts me in a more comfortable position for prolonged Retreats are easy to transport with it because it's so lightweight.
