The fuel fitness facility I belong to uses them. The one I needed for my home gym was just a matter of getting. With a bosu ball, I am now able to do double leg reach downs or single leg reach downs and my balance has improved astonishingly. One of the best ones out there. It is so much nicer and better made than the ones you find at Fuel. Keep your money in your pocket. The one on the right is worth it.

For balance exercises, I use this three times a week for 10 minutes each time. It would be difficult to get into shape if I weighed 160 pounds. A little over 4 months after the ball was first inserted, the base began to separate from the ball.
