My answer to this question is not exactly accurate, but I hope it will be helpful. I just got mine today, and at first I was a bit confused. However, I noticed the second picture in the description of the ball titled Features and Benefits. The height is listed as 26 inches in Benefits. This is what the seller answered when asked this question. There are 6 inches on each side. Since I had a table with 26 inches between the floor and the bottom, I just inflated the ball under the edge of the table until it was a few inches from the edge of the table for 90% of the test. In the next few days, I will fill it up until it almost reaches the bottom of the table for zero percent.

I recently purchased the RGGD and it is of great quality With the RGGL yoga ball, my workouts will be a little more interesting. My first experience with a ball was with bands, but I never used it with a ball before. I love the fact that the ball is so good quality and you can do so many different exercises with It was nice to do business with a company that stands behind their product. I had a problem with the stability ring, but an excellent replacement was sent to me within 24 hours. I appreciate a company that backs up their product. The bands come with the ball are 2 pounds.
