Though I hope it isn't a perfect answer to your question, I hope it is helpful nevertheless. It just arrived and I was a little confused at first. But when I saw the picture titled Features & Features, I was able to figure it out. The height is listed as 26 inches in Benefits. This is what the seller said in response to this question. The height of the shoulder is six Luckily, I had an 11-foot table that had 26 inches from floor to table's bottom, which meant I simply inflated the ball under the edge of the table until it was a few inches from the edge for 90% of the time. To reach the 100% fill level, I will fill it until it almost touches the bottom of the table tomorrow.
If you are over inflating devices, then find your balance and keep it. It is vital to regularly adjust the amount of air in both the ring and the ball to facilitate their use.

I recently purchased the RGGD & STS while they were on sale. To add some variety to my workout, I use the RGGL yoga ball. While I have used a ball in the past, I haven't used it with the bands before There are so many different exercises you can do on the ball, and I love that it is such high-quality. Having a problem with the stability ring caused me to request a replacement within 24 hours. A brand new one was shipped out within 24 hours and it works perfect. I love having a product that stands by its product. The 2lb bands that are included are great. I will probably order stronger bands along with an accompanying video to go along with it and I think it is great for beginners. It is a wonderful product that you have created!.

I like purple just for the sake of it. At first, the ball was a little awkward, but once you get a good grip on the balance thing, it is fine. Don't believe everything you read, just make sure you have more air than you need - The air pump is very easy to use - In order to know whether or not the ball will fit in the ring, it will be tight, but will spring back. I pumped up both the ball and the stand. There is a lot of space underneath the stand, and the ball seems too big. As a result of differences in size, I don't think this combination will work since I haven't tried it yet with the resistance bands. It took about 1/2 hour for the balloon to inflate, which was rather disappointing. I am not enthused about having to spend another half hour getting the set deflated, packing it up, and then returning it to maybe get a set that really works.
