I bought the RGGD & TEST and am very pleased with it. Incorporating a RGGL yoga ball into my workout is a great way to mix things up. Despite having used a ball before, I had never used the bands with it, and I really like This ball is excellent quality, and I love the fact that you can use it for so many different exercises. As for the customer service, I had an issue with the stability ring but they promptly sent me a brand new one in 24 hours. It's always nice to do business with a company that takes pride in their work. The two-pound bands were an added bonus. I will order stronger bands as well as a workout video for this. It's great for beginners, but I think I'll order the stronger bands next time. Michele, thanks for making a great product!.
