everything was in a small box, it's hard to believe! That was the case! All of it took a little while to put together, but it was worth it to get your legs pumping up the ball, lol. I've used it to stretch and exercise and it is very comfortable. It does not require much space to store. The ball seems to be very solid and will last for quite a while. Really useful - it had all the extra bands, the exercise chart, and more than a lot of others that advertised It is a pleasure to do business with this company!.

We bought it to add to our home gym during our I didn't want to spend a lot on it since we anticipate that we will deflate it once things settle down. I was very impressed with the price, but the quality is good enough to withstand our teen's heavy use (they don't just exercise with it, but kick it). A solid inflatable (but for best results, have two people fill, and the other put in the plug) for a reasonable price. However, it had a chemical smell (left in the garage for a few days and now is fine). Once inflated, you put a plug in. Self sealing would have been better, but for the price, this is a good enough option. It makes for a good addition to a home gym, as it's reasonably priced. It has expanded what we can do when working out, and we have used it for several times.

There are quite a few of these types of inflatable balls on Amazon, and I decided to check it out before buying. This was the best thing I could have done! I found that Amazon reviews for the ones advertised heavily on my social media were awful. This one caught my eye, so I decided to give it a shot. So far, it has proven to be a reliable product. I have only used it twice (just arrived). The inflatable was inflated with the help of my 5 and 9 year old grandsons. In comparison to my expectations, it went much more quickly and smoothly. There has not been any air loss in the three days since the ball was inflated the base also seems strong. A card with pictures of exercises is included. As recommended by my physical therapist, the bands included are exactly what I needed. My experience with this purchase has been so far quite positive.

During the weekend, I managed to get hold of this ball. It replaced going to the gym for me and I enjoyed it very much. It says a lot about me that I am an avid gym rat. As I work on it, I bounce on it at my desk, so I use it every day. It's great to see different exercises that I can do in the insert. I am having trouble with my back right now, so it gives me core strength and helps with my back pain. After blowing it up with my car pump, I put it in my car. I don't see the point in the foot pump since it would take all day to blow up the ball. A few things I have noticed the ball does not seem to hold air as well as I would like. These are the things that I like It's a great addition to the list. My physical therapist had given me exercises involving bands, so it turned out to be a nice surprise to receive them because I had been needing As a covid user and one who works from home, I can use the time to get a little exercise.

As a whole, the product was exceptional. There were several parts and I am glad to say it exceeded my expectations. I love how useful this is for the at-risk population You have a gym in your house! A chart that shows exercises with the ball and the bands plus additional exercises with the ball is one I like. A great seller! I am very pleased with him! The worst! I hate In spite of my pre-election planning The chair does fit under my desk, however it is too high for me to sit on it. A 5'1" woman, I have a lot of energy. At one point, I was barely reaching to move paper from one side to another on my desk, and almost fell. Additionally, the ring that was supposed to stabilize the ball is malfunctioning. It rolls right out of it with very little effort. Since I couldn't sit comfortably on the ball, I didn't get a chance to try Nevertheless, I did attempt to try a stretch on it, but the same result was achieved. There are too many buttons on it for me to push. There were a couple of days left for me to return the ball, which unfortunately I missed. I now have a heavy paper weight that is very expensive.

A ring is available that turns the ball into a chair, so I think the price is a bit high, but I thought it was pretty cool. When I am browsing the web, I am engaging my core while sitting at the computer. As well as resistance bands that I was planning on buying separately, I received a good deal on the price. I wasted several hours trying to blow it up since the pump that came with it didn't work. Upon receiving an email from Kevin at Wisemax, I felt defeated and was about to give up the whole thing. In addition to asking if I was happy with the product, Kevin wanted to make sure I received it. As soon as Kevin found out that the pump was defective, he told me not to worry and that he would send me a replacement. Since then, I have become a strong ball sitting on my ball daily, strengthening my body and improving my posture every day instead of being a slob on a hard wooden chair. We wouldn't be here without the excellent customer service at Wisemax and the pretty badass product they offer.

The product photos don't appear to show a bulge in mine (see photo), and it doesn't look that way from the product video. My first use of this has not been very extensive but I will update after a few months.
