My error unfortunately cost me a lot of money. From the moment it is opened, the screw holes and base flex while standing on it are quite visible, making the construction feel inferior and less reliable. It snapped off and hit me in the face when I pumped it up per instructions and attached the cables.

There is no way I am going to be able to trust this not to explode during a situation where I would have faceplanted instead of It has made my life more convenient to wear glasses because I did not expect to be assaulted by an exercise ball sometimes. The name brand one has just been ordered. The time was wasted and the risks were too great.

In terms of price, it is among the most affordable products for the Bosu. The only thing I didn't like about this was that it should have come with an instruction manual, but it didn't, not even instructions Other than that, I'm very satisfied, and it cost half of what I would have paid for a Bosu.

Don't forget to check the straps before you put them on! Having never tried the Bosu Ball, I'm in love with it

There were straps which hook on to the side of the ball, so that was a nice feature. After getting the ball inflated, connecting and lifting the right strap, I placed it on the table. Symbolic of weakness. I was struck on the cheek with it when it went flying back. I have no jokes. It took me a while to realize that the little connector on the ball was broken. I won't be returning it due to the fact that there are so many other things I can do with it. Be sure to check the strap connectors before using the straps and you won't have to sew it.
