I'm glad to hear from you! I am currently on maternity leave, so I am unable to measure the chairs, but I can reveal that they are used in my middle school classroom. I've never really looked forward to this! This chair is a dream come true for me! The job I once held that required me to be on my feet all day has transformed into one that requires me to be In a matter of weeks, I started experiencing lower and upper back pain so severe that I had to take painkillers and see a doctor. There is no way my item will be as comfortable as yours. In spite of reinflating the ball according to the instructions, there is very little flexibility in it and it would feel as if I were sitting on a brick adding any more air. By removing the air, the chair would be too short as you can see from the picture. In the picture, my ball (black) is smaller than my coworker's My back hurts so much that I don't even use it.

This product is so comfortable and great that I bought two in order to replace hard, uncomfortable computer desk chairs. *I was worried about the lack of metal bar to hold the ball in place after reading the reviews, but it actually isn't an issue. As soon as the ball is pushed in, it's snugly tucked in! When you aren't feeling right, you can take off the ball and adjust the amount of air in it until it feels right. You can do it in no time. I liked that they were really easy to assemble (less than 5 minutes each) and that they came with small hand pumps as well. Sadly, the only negative I can mention about these chairs is that the balls are smaller than those used for actual exercise. My purpose in buying them was not to exercise with them. Moreover, if they were the same size as those I doubt it would sit nicely under my desk, so I don't mind it at all!.
The chair I have here is beautiful. As a result of my lower back problems, sitting in a regular chair is extremely uncomfortable for me. It is possible for me to sit for an extended period of time on the ball because it conforms to my body. The length is just right for my 5'3" height. This is a very good Waiting too long to purchase one of these is not a good idea. I feel more comfortable in this chair than I did in my old office chair, and my back feels much better!
