It is a wonderful thing.
A rope of exceptional quality. I like how heavy it is. You can use them five nights a week and they will still look.
My purpose in picking this up was to supplement my Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training Japanese martial arts. I found this rope to be pretty heavy compared to other battle ropes I've used before, which is a good thing, I guess! As far as I can tell, the rope is covered and appears to be fairly durable. While it didn't appear as flexible as others I've used, maybe it will get more flexible with continued use. The ones at the gym have also seen a lot of use, so maybe it will become more flexible over time. Having used this equipment for a number of years, I can honestly say it's very impressive. In the beginning, I thought I would only use it occasionally, but it has now become a staple of my training regimen.
A rope of this thickness and durability is suitable for training. You can use its anchor and straps to use it, as well as use any feature that you might want. This is the best I could hope for. It works as well as I anticipated. This is also a heavy item that will give you an excellent.
My health required me to start exercising, but the same equipment had grown old and stale to me. It was a good decision to get these battle ropes to mix things up a bit. I like these very much.
I gave it four stars because of a fraying nylon connector that wraps around the pole I use. It's still an excellent rope for a moderate to vigorous exercise.
As far as I know, I haven't had experience with battle ropes, but I've just started doing workout at home and collecting some equipment. I found this heavier and harder than the calisthenics I tried in the gym but easier than the one that I employed in the gym. It seemed sufficient to me for someone like me who is just starting out.
