So far, I have been very happy with it. The materials and construction of this backpack have been satisfactory. I have used it a number of times. In addition, I left it out in heavy rains that day and the following day it was completely dry. It was dripping wet and I was afraid it was flooded. Considering the cost of the other ropes, I find it hard to comprehend. If it degrades, it will be updated but so far I am happy. Please note The anchor kit does not suit my needs. It is just a post I have wrapped around it.
As of now, this is a great product. The height I am is 6'1" and the weight I am 195 pounds. I went with a 2" 50' cable. You can always coil them up to shorten them if you want to go with the shorter length. I am glad I went with the longer length. Large and heavy, these 2" diameters are tough and durable.
