It's recommended to use the strap kit which comes with the kit, though you can purchase two strap kits if the tree is wider, depending on your needs

What are the best ways of mounting this to wood studs? You don't have any ?

Use hex head lag screws (available at any hardware store) to attach the board vertically to the stud. The stud should be about 3 1/2 inches deep, and the wall board about a half inch. To do this, you will need a screw between three and three and a half inches long. An impact wrench or a socket set can be used to drive it in. As a pilot hole can make screw driving easier and it can prevent splitting the wood, it is recommended on how to drill a pilot hole. If you use two screws (one on each end), the rope should hold almost anything you put it through.

Bolts can be used to attach to concrete slabs? Does a special tool need to be used?

You can bolt this to a concrete slab in so far as the concrete is not a post-tension slab (which A bunch of warnings stamped into or visible inside the slab will usually indicate that it is a post tension slab. If you don't have a drill (like a bulldog), I recommend that you ask somebody you know a bunch of questions about anchors and the lengths and sizes you will need when you determine where it will go. You might even get it done for you by them. As long as you have all the tools you need, it would literally take you no more than five minutes to bolt the unit

Sadly, the instructions for attaching the anchors and bolts do not come with the item I received today. The directions for the anchor kit are not available online. Where can I get them?

Anchor bolts are supplied as part of the supply. As a template, mark the mounting holes on the bracket to indicate the position of the bracket If you want the holes to be deeper than the length of the bolts, be sure to do so. If you're not able to tap in the bolts without damaging the threads (tap on the nuts), use a hammer to tap in the nuts. Make sure the nuts are tightened so the bolts are wedged You can now mount the bracket after the bolts have been set. You should use a drill bit that is appropriate for the concrete size.

Even though they are heavy, they give you a great workout in a short time

Trying to lose weight is something I've been working on for some time. Then I realized I had miscalculated and they were not easy at all The opposite of what I thought happened! I found these to be easy to use as well, but you have to rack up stamina to use them effectively. In case you are a beginner, I would suggest getting the smaller size. It was difficult to do 10 reps for a few minutes I attempted 15 second intervals at first. I watched a few videos on YouTube I use YouTube videos to look for different exercises, and I'm not getting bored with this method of exercise.

Having never used ropes to exercise before, I am going to start off by saying I had never really tried ropes A maniac when it comes to research, especially if I'm unfamiliar with an item, I am when I buy it. During my research on ropes, I spent days. Which kind is the best? What will I be able to use for a long time? Then we go on to the next. It's only been a few days for me to use this, but so far This price is really nice because the cover covers them and I'm hoping that it will last a long time. Also, it's quite a bit heavier than it should be. In addition, the mounting ring is much bigger than shown in the picture. The ring is much larger than I expected, but I thought it would be pretty tiny. I am actually pleased that it is so big, as I was concerned by the main picture that it was going to be small and would not function The rope meets all my expectations in fact, I am very happy with it!.

Having a battle rope is so much fun! The rope is really tough and is worn on my body as well as on my head. The sheath that protects it is a very nice added feature, as it makes the rope more durable. It comes with all the gear you'll need to begin.

It was received in the wrong length The 50 foot order was not delivered, only 30 feet were delivered

I was disappointed to find out that the paper was the wrong length but seemed to be of a good quality. Despite the fact that the order called for 50 feet, the rope and packaging on the rope showed 30 feet.
