For me, it has a very ergonomic handle. I have used it for a while, and it's very grippable. You can easily grip this handle thanks to the coating. With a rope like that, your hands won't slip out of your hands no matter how much sweat you generate. It's a great investment.

What I did not like about this app and why it is not a 5 star rating. A few things about the handles. I'm sure they aren't going to last. It's not a huge deal, however, since I actually like the way they look. Secondly, there are two places on the rope that have some defects and it looks like they used heat to melt the frays again not a big deal, but because plastic gets hard when melted, it has sharp points that could possibly cut my fingers if I used it for rope climbing. There are one or two neutral points Ropes like this should not be used on rough or dirty surfaces outside. What I like about this rope is the medium braid. You get more feedback than with super fine braid ropes. It's not in the same stiff category as the triple braid ropes, but it still provides some feedback. Despite being very well packaged (not an easy task) and including everything you need, it still performed really well. The health of your family can be greatly benefited by such a great value. There is just something special about battle ropes as opposed to other tools for training.
The first batch of the product had horrible fraying right out of the packaging (carton 180 of 800) I messaged the seller and was told this would not affect the product. I replaced the product (carton 203 of 800) as soon as I looked, only to find the same problems. Honestly, this is poor quality control and they just burn down the other small parts that they find before putting them in packaging with lighters. This is the braided battle rope I was looking for, but since the price was full price, and it only took over two weeks for the replacement to arrive, I would not recommend getting this brand.

I find these for my end-of-workout burnout to be very helpful. It's a 40 foot 1, so I got it. The five inch ones are the perfect length for the area I have, and they are also a good weight for me to begin I really like the smooth and nice threading, as well as the fact that it comes I have them tied to a dumbbell that weighs 30 pounds with about another 150 pounds on top of that so that they don't move when I exercise with Neither I nor the brackets needed to be mounted in the house, nor did I have a solid pole to wrap them around.
