Now that I have used this rope for close to a month, I am becoming accustomed to it. I use it about 20 to 30 times a week for arm training It takes 30 minutes per session and takes place On my backyard, which is made up of cement, I use it. I contacted the seller when I saw the rope was beginning to rip apart a bit. It was slow for them to respond, but I received responses at that point and it was fine with me. As the seller does not recommend being used on cement floors (which is not mentioned in the description), this was a normal wear and tear. I was hesitant to return for a refund so the seller offers to compensate me for $8 At the end of the day, I chose to The 8-dollar transaction was confirmed after the customer logged in. It's a real pleasure to work with these the weight of these ropes, when reading the specs. They are a fraction of the weight of the ropes I've used before. The few pounds, on paper, translates to a notable difference in feel when using them. We don't have athletes in our family who are big enough and heavy enough for them.

Be not deterred by the stiffness when you first get the item. It will loosen up after a few uses. I wrapped mine around a tree in the backyard and it looks great.
