I like how you made it. A bracket for anchoring the unit is easy to put in place. The 50 foot rope was installed under our patio after we bought it. The rope is more likely to wear out if you place a rubber mat underneath it. The first time you are using the Do not exert too much effort. Increasing your endurance gradually is the best way to improve it. It is now being used by the whole family! There were no aches and pains in my arms after the first 5 minutes. As my wife noticed her left arm wasn't as strong as her right, she decided to do something about it. So her aim is to tone them up and to make them stronger at the same time.
