To begin with, this hoodie is fantastic. The tag indicates that it is a loose fit, but it is not. It fits in the same way as their "fitted" clothing, which I adore. XL is usually too tight for me, and it prevents my armpits from breathing, which I despise. Some of the 2X stuff I find to be far too baggy. I really like how their fitted 2X shirts fit on me, and this hoodie is no exception. It allows you to move freely without a lot of loose, baggy material. Because it's light, I'll be able to wear it on cooler days while hiking. It's also made of synthetic material, which means it won't absorb and hold water like cotton. If you're in doubt about your size, go up. I originally ordered this in XL, but it was already too small for me before I gained another 20 pounds, so I ordered a 2X. It has made me very happy. I'm thinking about getting a second one in a different color. I'm a little over 6 feet tall and weigh about 245 pounds. as a point of reference I have larger arms and a larger chest, so hopefully this review will be helpful.
My height is 5'10" and my weight is 192 pounds. I figured that ordering an XXL would give me enough room for my arms and shoulders to move, which would be ideal for fall jogging. I'm going to return this as soon as possible to get my money back. BUYING IS A MISTAKE.
I'm very pleased with myself. Shopping for hubby is a challenge. He has the body of a bodybuilder, so his shoulders and arms are enormous. He avoids buying clothing that is too large for his arms because it will be too loose and long around his waist. He's 5'7" and weighs 220 pounds, so he doesn't want to appear as if his clothes are suffocating him. He usually gets a Large, but the Large was too small, so we exchanged it for an XL, which fits perfectly. It definitely runs smaller than his hoodie from last year, which is similar in appearance. Under Armour, on the other hand, is not always reliable. Last year, I bought him a fleece hoodie, which he ate up. Of course, he didn't tell me until this year that he didn't like it. It turned out that he had been swallowed.
This is fantastic! The price is incredibly reasonable. When was the last time you saw a UA jacket for under $50? My husband enjoys UA pullovers, but he wanted one with a hood, which was difficult to come by in stores. Then I went to Amazon to see if it was still available, and sure enough, it was. It was impossible to beat the price. br>It isn't super light and it isn't super heavy. He declares it to be the ideal thickness. This is an excellent purchase.
It has a lot of luster. In person, this sweater was a disaster. The fit was awkward; I had read that the sweater was thin and expected that because my boyfriend wanted a thin sweater to cover his arms in the sun, but it is actually a very warm and thick material.
I own two of these, both of which were purchased by my wife. Allowing your significant other to take these is not a good idea. They're far too cozy, and they're a dream to wear. I'd love to have 20 of them.
Normally, I order MEDIUM and it fits perfectly. However, this was my first UA hood, and it fills like a SMALL size, so I can't wear it. I guess the next time I order from UA, I'll order LARGE, as I am 85 kg.
This is a lovely shirt/sweatshirt with a unique color. My grandson (15) felt as if the hoodie was choking him because of the small opening in the front and the weight of the hoodie in the back. He handed it back to me.
