They weigh a lot. Over the last 15 years, I've had more than ten of these, and the quality and thickness haven't deteriorated like so many other brands.
I'm guessing a medium in shoulder size. It should be large enough to accommodate you but not excessively so. If necessary, it can be stretched out over time. When I say over time, I mean I still have the first one I ordered 30 years ago, as well as about 7 others in various sizes (XL, XXL, and now XXXL) and colors (Gray, Red, and Black) strewn about the house. And, just in case the weather changes unexpectedly, I keep one in the trunk of two cares in a large baggie.
Height and weight are not accurate measurements for size, so use your chest size and consult the size chart.
My sweatshirt arrived in a single postage bag with no label on it.br>Does it appear to be new? However, the manner in which it was delivered was strange.

The fact that it was half the price of regular reverse weave hoodies was my only concern. I contacted Champion and learned that this product is identical to their regular reverse weave hoodie; it simply lacks the Champion logo on the chest. br>br>If you don't care about the champion logo on the chest, buy this product (model S101) instead of paying twice as much for a one-inch logo.
If you've never worn a Champion Reverse Weave sweatshirt, you may not realize just how durable they are. They aren't light, and some people may find them too heavy, but they wear like iron. These garments will serve you well for a long time. If you plan to wear the hoody as an outer layer, order a size up. This is a good choice if you're an outdoor enthusiast looking for a durable garment that's softer and more flexible than brown duck (like Carhartt fabric). It's not as abrasion resistant as canvas or heavy nylon (Cordura), but it's still tough and provides reasonable wind resistance.
I went with an XL because I prefer a little extra space. Normally, I am a big guy. It was slightly larger than expected, which I like because it adds to the comfort! I'm quite tall, so the length was ideal for me.
It took a long time for this sweatshirt to arrive, so I washed it first before wearing it. (This is something I do all the time to get rid of sizing and irritants. ) This sweatshirt did not come out of the dryer with a smooth cotton exterior; instead, the 'heater' effect has slightly raised threads that make the fabric feel and look rough. I have this sweatshirt in a variety of solid colors (white, pink, blue, navy, green) and they are smooth on the outside; I'm still happy with it because it is a really pale gray, but it isn't quite the same as the solid colors.
It's been six years. The hoodie fits as expected, but please be aware that it is a little baggier in the arm area, giving you a bit of a "bingo-like" appearance. It has an "arms" feel to it, which I like, but it may bother some people. The hood is quite large, so it can be worn over a helmet, hat, or other hood, and it provides excellent wind protection. br>br>The fit of the baggie is actually quite good - It isn't too baggy and can be paired with a t-shirt. It's possible to wear a sweater and another hoodie underneath without looking ridiculous, but it's not necessary. br>br>The material/thickness are incredible, and I've had my heart set on it for years - It's comfortable to wear, long-lasting, and still allows air to pass through. I had a similar goodie (in a different color) that I bought outside of Amazon in 2010, and it still fits, feels, and looks the same in 2016 - In fact, as you can see, I went to Amazon and bought another one in a different color! In six years, the color faded a little, but not nearly as much as you'd expect from a piece of clothing. This goodies is simply amazing. br>br> br>br>PS: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "cre a piece of advice So that the hood strings don't come out, tie them together. It will save you a lot of time and aggravation.
This Champion reverse weave hoodie is my favorite because of the color, fit, and quality. It's a little roomy, but the arms aren't what I'm looking for, and it's also quite thick, which I like. The only difference is that the C logo is on the sleeve rather than the chest. I had tried and failed to order this sweatshirt from the Champion website. I was able to locate it here for a less expensive price.
I wasn't sure if it would be the same because it's from the Champion "LIFE" line, but my husband loves it and bought two more.
This is the hoodie to choose if you don't want the logo on the chest and prefer a more subtle look. It is also commonly ten. I usually wear a large, but I got a medium instead because it was $15 cheaper than the other champion hoodie with the logo on the chest. I would suggest going down a size. If you want to keep the jacket's color and softness, wash it in cold water and let it air dry.
