It's just been a month since my son turned 11. As long as it fits him, he'll be okay. I turn it inside out and wash and dry it with warm water. It hasn't shrunk. Despite its fragile nature, it is still holding up The material has a medium thickness. I love this hoodie! It's my boys' favorite.

In order to avoid looking too "minty", the black and green hoodie is actually black and neon green, but with a blacked-out hood instead of being green. The material is thin and makes a bizarre scratchy sound when you move it, however it is The only reason I didn't send it back is that it is so warm and I didn't want to wait to get another one.
