It was for my 11 year old, so I bought an XL. The average weight of an adult is 85 pounds. Exactly what I was looking for. A lot of the under Armor clothes I have are too small for me. usually buy them in xl size, since it is winter here, and if they are a bit big, I wear a long sleeve shirt underneath. There is a short sleeve on this shirt
No, I do not believe the YXL fits son varies the size depending on his weight from the YXL to the XXL
My guess is a medium for a child of 8. The size XL that my son wears is for 13-year-olds.

This jersey is fantastic Is perfect for me He was quick to show up. The size of my grandson's underwear is 7/8 I purchased YSM (youth small) for him.
The problem is. Unfortunately, we will have to return it. We bought it in green and the color is gorgeous, but unfortunately I had to return it. Having long arms and wide shoulders (but he's thin) and being tall and gangly, I decided to buy it for my 15-year-old grandson who is tall and gangly. This shirt was too long and too stretched out across the shoulders and torso. It wasn't exactly tight, but there was no extra room and the shirt just didn't seem long enough to fit modern At this point, it looks as if he has graduated to a small in men's. You know how kids like Under Armour logos, so you know the short kid with regular shoulders should be okay with it. It's good quality, and the kid should like it since it's under Armour.
He is 12 1/2 years old, 5 feet and 92 pounds, so I expected it to be a little long, but it is too short. If he raises his hands in the air, the shirt touches Even so, he still wore it since I don't like to return things. This shirt is otherwise nice, has a great color, and fits well in other places. Because it might be too big from everywhere else, I wouldn't size up.
A checkbox and a check mark are crossed. This shirt is super soft and dries super fast, and I can identify him in a crowd of people from miles away. That's the win.
The size of my son's kid clothes is either 8 or medium. Upon reading the reviews, people said that it was too ordered a large for him because of the reviews, but it is too long and too big for If you want to buy true to size clothes, I recommend considering those.
Stretch is a great feature of the shirt (which my son adores). There isn't too much, but there is enough thickness. Given how dirty it gets when a teenager wears it, you can imagine how much It is easier to clean due to the material. It has been over 6 months since we purchased it and though my son is almost out of it, it is still one of his favorite active wear shirts. A very durable material.
High quality at a low price. It is easy to see that the logo is visible off center on the front of the shirt. There is an inch-plus difference between the right and left sides. The shirt I have on here wouldn't fit me, so I would be returning it. Hopefully nobody will notice and if they do, they will just think he's wearing it lopsided since it's for my 7 year old boy. I like it because it's for my 7 year old boy and he's always active running around.
