Can the large be described as a 14-footer ?

I think my son should have worn a medium (or small large) instead of the large.

What is the size of this item? Boys or men's? My understanding of the situation is unclear. The options are s, m, l, etc but the size chart says boys' actual sizes are 6, 7, 8. There is no sense in that. ?

I believe this is a boys' size. A small might fit a boy in his 7s
