Safe. Simple to work with. Having come from a climbing background, getting a Petzl/Spinlock PFD was a dream come true. I've been practicing solo sailing, clipping in to my sailboat in bad weather, and always remaining safe. I don't give my vest a second thought; it just goes on and does its job. I'm 5'7" and weigh 150 pounds, and it fits perfectly and is unobtrusive; I'd recommend it to any sailor because it's built 10 times better than the typical coastal PFD.
