It's 20" long and 20" wide. Because the hook is 10" in diameter, you'll need about 10" of clearance on both sides of your hanging rod.

This was a gift for my boyfriend, who has recently taken up surfing. All other wetsuit hangers I found simply increased the surface area on which to hang the wetsuit, whereas this hanger is designed to keep your wetsuit in good shape by hanging it folded over and putting no stress on the shoulder areas. It's well-built and well-designed. I would strongly suggest it!.
Hanger for wetsuits that is perfectly balanced. It's tough and does the job well. I've got mine hung over a sink, and the hanger isn't so wide from center to edge that water drips outside the sink, which is a plus. It is, however, wide enough for the wetsuit to drape over it without bunching. Air can circulate due to the thickness of the hanger. It can also be used to dry other things.
I like to lay a folded towel across it first, but you don't have to. In any case, the hanger is perfect for me.
This is a sturdily constructed pants rack. It's strong enough to hold a pair of heavy motorcycle pants that I bought it for. Furthermore, the open design makes it simple to get the pants into the hangar. I'm going to order a few more of these model hangars.
This hanger is ideal for my 3XL wetsuit because it fits perfectly. The wetsuit is secure on it, and it does not bend like some other wetsuit hangers do. It dries my wetsuit faster than the last wetsuit hanger I had, and it keeps my wetsuit from taking up too much space in my closet. Overall, I like this hanger and would recommend it to anyone looking for one.
The only issue I have is that folding a wet suit creates more "bulk" wherever it is hung than hanging a regular suit of clothing. I understand the goal is to keep the suit newer for a longer period of time, and it accomplishes that goal admirably.
I'm going to order two more for our 7mm. I love the idea of not wearing a traditional style, which can cause your suit to stretch out in the shoulder and neck area over time. Given the high cost of these suits, a $20 investment is well worth it.
In these hangers, I keep all of my wetsuits.
