I am sorry, but I do not believe

This is next to my outside front door to prevent persons from tripping over it while walking up the steps. I have owned the teak handle for a couple of months and it is beautiful, well-made, and I am very pleased with it. One drawback of the installation was that it was not portable. There are screws provided that look like metal, but are actually plastic that has a coating that makes them appear In the process of installing both screws into a wooden door frame, both screws broke. We had several other screws on hand, so we were able to replace them.
It is the first teak handle I have received. As it says Whitecap 60114 on the label, I ordered this one. Although it is not quite as described, as the actual length is 9 inches (instead of 9 3/4 inches). A zero is marked for mounting holes. The disks have a diameter of 175 inches (just under 3/16) and are spaced 7 inches apart A. 5/32 inches from center to center, b. 5/32 inches from edge to edge. In the case of the countersink, the depth to the base is 0 mm. The length of the screen is 85 inches. There is no countersink in the sink. There is a difference of about 3/8 inch between 35 and 36 inches. The package came with two screws. One #8 brass screw, and one pine wood screw. The length of the twig is 5 inches. In the meantime, I may use stainless steels that are longer It is made of #10 stainless steel.
Instead of using this on a boat, we used it in our house. At the top of a steep flight of stairs, we positioned it at elbow height on our left side, so that we can grab onto something as we descend the stairs (before we reach the hand railing on the right). Despite the difficulties, we are very happy with the result. I like the way the handle looks and how solid it feels. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for the installation to complete.
We have come a long way at this point in our journey. Exactly what I was looking for. I just needed something to hold onto, and this works well. Definitely sturdy, went up quickly and does what it is supposed to do. Trying to decide whether to paint it or not. The way it is now looks fine. As we age, there are times when we need a little help. I find it to be well made and reasonably priced.
Adding some safety measures to my elderly parents' home was on my to-do list. On their stairs, there were places where the rails did not end. There was a need to have a good handhold in these places. A great deal of attention is paid to the appearance of their homes. I found these to be perfect. I use them every time. I feel much safer knowing how to use them.
In my opinion, the size and finish of these are just right, and like others, I have used them as safety handles to prevent elderly people from falling, as grips to protect myself when descending the first flight of stairs before reaching the railing, and they also serve as bathroom handles. I work with long screws into studs, window frames, or other structural members in order to achieve my goals.
I placed a grab bar at the top of stairs at the point where my elderly mother clung to, since there was no railing at the top of these stairs. As a result, the grab bar matches the color of the wood railing, so it's an aesthetics win.
This was bought as a way to provide assistance on a two-step walk - We went from the family room to the kitchen. This is one of the things that my wife really likes and uses every day. Though I thought it might be useful, she has been using it more than I expected.
